Pros:

Cranberry Cove Inn was one of the highlights of my Nova Scotia trip. The inn is charming, beautifully maintained, and full of character. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Louisbourg. A special thank you to Glenn and Rose, the owners, whose warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Their local knowledge and recommendations enhanced my visit, and the homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The location is excellent, close to the Fortress of Louisbourg and other local attractions.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike. The inn has a traditional bed-and-breakfast style, which may not appeal to travelers looking for a modern hotel experience, but it perfectly suited the charm and character of the property.

Kleines Juwel an der Küste
Pros:

Ein unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit super freundlichem Personal. Hier könnte man es leicht länger aushalten und falls ich mal wieder nach Nova Scotia komme, wird das die erste Unterkunft sein, die ich wieder buchen werde.

Enjoyed our stay at Cranberry Cove Inn.
Pros:

Cranberry Cove Inn was a lovely place for us to stay. The owners/staff were very pleasant and helpful. The served hot breakfast was a highlight! As was the delicious fresh fruit! There seemed to be lots of people staying there but it was still very quiet.

Cons:

We were in a small room with twin beds so it was a bit crowded. But there are other larger rooms available. We couldn't really see outside because our windows were slanted to the ceiling. Our only issue was no hot water in the bathroom sink and just warm water in the shower. So no hot baths for us!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious, and our room was spotless. The house was cozy and welcoming, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace on the chilly days. The hot tub was an added bonus. The location was excellent, being close to the Fortress of Louisbourg, which made exploring the area very convenient. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, answering our questions and providing useful tips that helped us plan our visit.

Cons:

There was only one restaurant open in town over the time we were there.

Clean place to stay if you want to see the fort
Pros:

It was clean and very near the fort room is nice.
Im reviewing for my friend who stayed there for 2 nights

Cons:

The music at breakfast was dated and hard to have to listen
no music would be better
No one bother to ask for allergies or food questions..for a Vegetarian to be served dead animal meat is awful bad

Pros:

Es war sauber. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Ruhige Lage ( es war aber auch noch Vorsaison). Schöne Gemeinschaftsräume.

Cons:

Unser Wunsch nach etwas früherem Frühstück, weil wir die Fähre bekommen mussten, wurde leider nicht weiter gegeben. Deshalb bekamen wir kein warmes Frühstück. Das plüschige Zimmer ist schon sehr Geschmacksache.
