The location was perfect to reach to downtown by walking and be far from traffic.

Cons:

Arriving at 12:30pm after a 9-hour drive, we were exhausted when the receptionist told us that the room wouldn't be ready until 4 pm, unless we paid $75 plus taxes for early access. I have never seen such a policy in any hotel in Europe or the USA. Too tired to argue, my husband just used the unclean lobby restroom and didn't recommend I use it, so we went to a restaurant.

The hotel and room is too dark. However the room Bathroom is clean. Coffee is not included.

The location was good but everything else was horrible with the exception of the guy who held my luggage.

The overcharge for my room. The front desk people were unresponsive. The WiFi didn’t work for the tv. I called down to front desk multiple times and they said they were sending up a person and they never came. The lights in our room kept shorting out and flickering.

VERY large room, great shower with mirrored wall (if you want a "sexy time") great A/C

Cons:

No glasses/cups in the room, no coffee maker, Noisy hall, very complicated TV remote, platform bedframe that you had to be VERY CAREFUL not to bang into. (I have two bruises)
