New and clean, but no charm and lots of shortcomings.
Pros:

It’s new and clean. Good price.

Cons:

The bathroom is very poorly designed. There is no floor separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, and the floor isn’t properly inclined to force the water to the drain, so water is everywhere. The bathroom door can’t open completely because the sink is in the way. When on the toilet, one’s knees are up against the sink cabinet.

No in-room coffee-making option. There is an espresso machine in the lobby, but there wasn’t enough coffee to do anything with. Earlier guests had used the coffee maker, but there wasn’t anyplace to clean it out (no water source in the lobby). This is also a problem if you want to use the water boiler — you have to take it up to your room to fill it up and plug it in.

בעלת המקום ממש מקסימה! איתה בקשר איתנו לאורך כל זמן ודאגה לכל מה שהיינו צריכים
חדר גדול מאוד ומרווח. לחץ מים טוב.

Cons:

המיטות לא היו כל כך נוחות, וגם מהשירותים עלה ריח מוזר.. שלא נעלם עם הפעלת אוורור.

Excellent séjour à Litochoro
Pros:

Emplacement génial, calme et très beau, avec un accès rapide au centre.
La chambre est très belle, spacieuse et confortable.
La salle de bain est extrêmement agréable et bien équipée.
L'arrivée est simple avec des instructions claires.

Cons:

Petit inconvénient avec la salle de bain, qui fait qu'on inondé un peu tout... La présence d'une paroi ou simplement d'un balai caoutchouc serait top
Cela n'est pas non plus vraiment gênant !

Pros:

The night was cold — around 13–14°C in the mountains. I asked the host for a duvet cover/blanket bedding, and they told me that since the weather was warm, they normally don’t use it. After I mentioned the temperature, they promised to bring it the next day, but never did.

In general, I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this felt very careless. The shower also had no door or curtain, so the entire bathroom got wet after every shower.

The Wi-Fi was also very weak, and mobile signal/data barely worked at all inside the room.

Regarding the “mountain view,” it should be mentioned that there is actually a brightly lit cemetery about 100 meters away, and only behind it you can see a small part of the mountain.

Cons:

Instead of giving 1 star, I am giving 5 because the place was clean and the water pressure was very good.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία.
Όμορφα διαμορφωμένοι χώροι και ήσυχο.

Cons:

Το κρεβάτι ήταν άβολο μπορούσες να νιώσεις όλα τα ελατήρια, το δωμάτιο αργούσε πάρα πολύ να ζεσταθεί και το μπάνιο ναι μεν ωραίο αλλά δεν είχε ένα τζάμι να μην πηγαίνουν παντού νερά και ο εξαερισμός δεν λειτουργούσε.

Pros:

De gastheer was snel in communicatie, makkelijk met inchecken en was ook zo vriendelijk om de verwarming vd kamer aan te zetten bij aankomst. De kamer is modern, het bed is ruim en slaapt goed en er is een fijn balkon . Wat ook fijn was, is dat de kamer op loopafstand is van het centrum (5 min lopen) maar toch rustig gelegen en je loopt vanaf het hotel ook rechtstreeks naar de E4 wandeling etc.

Cons:

We hadden een deluxe kamer geboekt maar kregen een andere kamer. Het water van de badkamer kan niet goed wegstromen en er is geen douchedeur waardoor er veel water de badkamer instroomt en blijft liggen. Ook als je voorzichtig bent met douchen. Hierdoor blijft de badkamer continu behoorlijk nat en ontstaat er ook een muffe geur na een dag. Super jammer want de kamer heeft echt de potentie om goed te zijn en heeft verder alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf.

Huone oli todella iso ja uusi. Vedenpaine oli loistava ja lämmintä vettä tuli hyvin. Pysäköintitilaa oli reilusti.

Sänky oli epämukava joustinpatja ilman petauspatjaa. Peittona oli lakana ja päiväpeitto. Suihkun lattiakaivo veti huonosti.

It was very spacious and clean. A short walk from the center of town and an easy walk both ways.

The shower situation is interesting... the water goes everywhere. There really wasn't a view from the room I was staying in on the ground floor..
