Room was large
Extremely disappointing stay. The room was dark, dingy and dusty, and the floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet were black after walking around. We ended up having to wear shoes inside the room.
The pool was also extremely heavily chlorinated. The chlorine was so strong that it left our skin feeling stripped and irritated after swimming.
However, the main reason we left was the bed. It was absolutely rock solid — genuinely like sleeping on a slab of cement. I asked for an extra duvet to make the bed more comfortable but this was refused. We booked a 7-night stay but left after just one night because it was impossible to get comfortable or sleep properly.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not somewhere we would stay again or recommend.
Close proximity to central Samui and night market
Built on a hill and doesn’t have elevator. If staying in the villa bring extra calf muscles
Je n'ai pas aimé les chambres standards vieillottes et petites, j'ai donc changé pour des chambres Deluxe plus grandes et plus récentes. J'ai apprécié la grandeur de la chambre et le confort du lit. Les chambres coté rue sont très bruyantes.
Un ascenseur serait la bienvenue également.

Noise from busy street all night Long with traffic
The pool area looked nice enough, although we’d left before having the opportunity to experience it.
The room was needed a full update and the beds were rock hard. Had the worst night sleep. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights but only stayed for 1 because of this.

צוות מעולה מאוד קשוב לצרכים, לקחנו 4 חדרים , בחדר אחד היה פשפשים במיטה והבת שלי קיבלה פריחה כל הגוף הם ישר צילמו העבירו לרופא וקיבלנו מרשם לטיפול. הבריכה גדולה וכיף להעביר שם יום שלם. מלון עם מלא מדרגות לא מתאים למי שמגיע עם עגלת תינוק או נכים אבל בצוות מאוד מצויין היו מנקים לנו את החדרים בכל שעה שרק הייתי מבקשת
Probably the best hotel I stayed in on a month’s trip around Thailand.
Great location just at top of town but close to food court and all the bars. This is a lovely 2 bed villa with great Bali style open living space and excellent aircon in both bedrooms. Would have stayed longer but fully booked.
Steps to villa & rear pool are steep and harsh unless you’re a youngster.
Chlorine in pool literally burnt my eyes. Good if you want a free iris scrape but otherwise I would suggest avoiding until PH is a bit mellower!
