We asked for a quiet room and they put us at the end of the hall away from everyone else- had a great sleep. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Great closet space, temperature, tv & lovely bathroom. Overall, we had a great few nights.
They advertised free breakfasts with our stay, however it was a "grab and go" (bag with fruit, Cereal & pikelet). We opted not to have it as we didn't want it to spoil our experience- the hotel would have been better not to advertise or offer breakfast on the website. Room ran out of tea on last day, but they did offer coffee instead, so not a problem. Reception desk was supposed to be manned 24hrs but twice when we went, the Reception door was closed & just a phone number to call.
Good location, only few minutes walk to Bus Station & shopping centre.
Nice modern apartment, comfortable double beds.
Very very very hot, only 1 fan provided, even with windows open it was still very warm and uncomfortable. Sofa bed in lounge wasn't that comfy, but OK for a short visit or small children.
