Konumu çok rahattı.
Pros:

Otelin konumu bence turist olarak Londra'da kalabileceğiniz en iyi konumdu. Metroya çok yakındı ve listemizdeki her yer çok kolay seyahat ettik. Etrafta tesco, pret gibi mekanlar olduğu için çok rahat ettik. Tam mahalle havasındaydı.

Cons:

Check-in sıkıntılıydı ve sadece biz değil birçok kişi check-in yaparken sorun yaşamış, otelde karşılaştığım herkes şikayetçiydi. Makine üzerinden ilerlendiği için sorun oluyor ama canlı hizmete çok kolay bağlandık ve her seferinde sorunumuzu çözdüler. Odamız en üst kattaydı ve kartımız sürekli durup dururken arızalandı. Gecenin bir saati dahil, 4 katı inip çıkmak, o saatte canlı hizmete bağlanmak çok yorucuydu.

Great location, clean and bright room but bed too small for 2
Pros:

Location, bright and clean.

Cons:

Advertised as a double bed, it actually was a small 4ft double not the standard 4’6. The doors creaked and they also creaked in the room next door waking us at 7am as the guests were in and out 3 times.

Pros:

It's a great place, and the staff was extremely understanding and accommodating. During my stay I had somewhat of a health concern of a private nature, and I was helped immediately, even though it happened in the middle of the night. Thank you!

We had a great stay for the night. Perfect for what we needed and would recommend and stay again!
Pros:

The location was pretty close to Marble Arch. It was clean and had air con, kettle with tea and coffee bits, a huge tv with satellite channels. Small fridge. More things in room than u see at some big hotel chains.

Cons:

No staff on site. However I think a staff member was leaving as we arrived to help with check in machine.
Lots of stairs and no lift. No actual facilities other than in ur room. However was still a nice if not slightly small room and bathroom but ideal for us!

Everything! It was clean, central in an excellent location with nice restaurants, safe and on top had washing machine and tumble dryer. :-) also the pillows were comfortable.

Oikein hyvä, jos vietät suurimman osan ajastasi kaupungilla.
Pros:

Sijainti oli loistava, pari korttelia Marble Archilta, kiva pubi vieressä. Sujuva kulku avainkortilla. Se, että hotellilla ei ollut henkilökuntaa paikalla ei haitannut. Puhtaat sängyt ja vuodevaatteet sekä pyyhkeet. Huoneessa oli tuoli ja toimiva ilmastointi, sekä kassakaappi.

Cons:

WC/suihku aika pieni. Huoneessa oli vedenkeitin, kahvia ja teetä, mutta mukit olivat pinttyneet.

A nice apartment in a good location let down by a lack of attention to detail.
Pros:

Good location, clear entry instructions and good value.

Cons:

The apartment hadn’t been cleaned well. The blinds were broken on both windows, the safe was locked open and the shower door was stiff to open.
