Personal muy amable, nada de ruido en la primera planta, instalaciones muy limpias, muy buena ubicación enfrente de la estación de autobuses.

Der Eingangsbereich ist ansprechend gestaltet, die Lage mit Bushaltestelle gegenüber gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers war sehr dürftig. Der Föhn ging sofort kaputt, die Dusche mit schwachem Wasserstrahl und nur von oben.
Das Frühstück war mehr als bescheiden, außerdem wurde man auf Schritt und Tritt vom Personal verfolgt. Der Frühstücksraum ist steril und überakustisch.
Es gab im Doppelzimmer nur eine Nachttischlampe und nur einer von zwei Steckern funktionierte.

Posizione ottima per prendere i mezzi con cui raggiungere facilmente Venezia laguna.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Ottimo il servizio della vendita dei biglietti dei mezzi in reception.

Cons:

Stanza piccolina anche se pulita.
Assenti punti di appoggio in bagno (consiglio anche solo una mensolina dove poter appoggiare un beauty case).
Il personale addetto alla colazione gentile ma sulla colazione stessa suggerisco un investimento maggiore: inserire qualche prodotto tipico fresco ed eliminare qualche confezionato.
Anche un servizio bar (caffè, cappuccino ecc) sarebbe un quid in più, rispetto alla macchinetta self service.

Cons:

Colazione poco assortita, camera molto piccola, tv e phon non funzionante, ventola di aspirazione in bagno non funzionante. Camera non adeguata al prezzo speso.

La camera era pulita e in una buona posizione

Cons:

I cuscini erano sottili e quando ho fatto richiesta per averne un altro mi è stato risposto che ero la quinta che chiedevo un cuscino e se non ci sono la ragazza non poteva fare magie. Certo non è colpa sua ma primo non è questo il modo di rispondere secondo sta allo staff fare presente ai superiori di cosa hanno bisogno i clienti.
Inoltre la notte alle 2 c'erano due signori al bar dell' albergo di fronte alla mia camera che parlavano fortissimo e sono dovuta uscire per farli tacere. E lo staff non ha pensato che c'erano persone che dormivano?
Deludente è stato meglio quando la volta scorsa a Mestre ho preso una stanza in b&b senza pretese un prezzo basso e consono ai servizi.
