Exceptional stay, exceptional staff.
Pros:

Modern, clean, great location, very comfy beds with a selection of pillows. All amenities very clean and tidy. Rooms great. Text thread for anything needed during the stay was exceptional and much appreciated. Check is was a breeze. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast exceptional and delicious. The property is great. But the staff take it to a whole different level. we were blown away by each staff member we interacted with during our stay. Friendly. Accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. An absolute credit to the hotel. We are already looking forward to coming back and trying some different locations one day!

Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. We liked the TV provided. People can enjoy their favourite shows. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room didn't have the best view. You are looking straight at other buildings. No balcony. We did not like the sauna.

The young man who checked us in was so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We would happily recommend him for a staff award if we knew his name.

Pros:

The Location was great as we walked everywhere!

Cons:

My husband was working at night and there wasn't a desk lamp!
Also we could only keep the main lights on and I couldn't sleep!
So I sent a message requesting a desk lamp.
Also the coffee cups are far too small for a cup of tea so I requested 2 x mugs.
There wasn't any extra cushions to sit up in bed.

I did receive all of the above as requested within minutes, so I was very pleased with the prompt response.

Very Enjoyable!!
Pros:

The Staff were all very friendly and professional which was lovely well done everyone!!❤️
The location, Bar and Restaurant and Breakfast beautiful!!

Cons:

Only hiccup some previous guest had shoved an empty cigarette pkt in the water jug for the iron. Not wanting anyone to be in trouble for that at all, just someone being an idiot I’m sure.
But everything else was wonderful!
