Pros:

The location is excellent and very convenient.The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Cons:

The rooms have zero soundproofing—we could hear absolutely everything happening in the corridor and in the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to get a peaceful night's rest.

The parking is a chaos, while the hotel technically has parking slots, actually using them was a nightmare. Many guests parked poorly and took up multiple spots, and management did nothing to regulate it.

Most of the staff members were professional and helpful. However, the Egyptian staff member at the front desk was incredibly rude and clearly biased. He would arbitrarily open parking spaces(in front of the main entrance)for certain people while refusing others.
