Location was great!
The room was spacious.

Cons:

When arriving at the hotel, driving a car I wanted to come to the parking, rang the reception from the car entrance and they tell me: the room key is the access to the parking. To which I say, well I am just now arriving so I don’t have a key. And they say “I’ll do you the favor and let you in”. They were expecting that I would park on the street (there was no parking), come in for check in, come back out with the key and then go into the parking.

The TV channels were silly, they had only 3 channels actually in English, tvs had no option to change the language (even for national geographic). Now you might think this is silly, but I called reception and the lady guaranteed that it was changeable, I told there was no option, later she called and says “if you’re right, it’s not possible”.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Had scrambled eggs the first day, they came runny full of liquid, had none the second day. Limited options, bread was hard as a rock, coffee was not good at all.

Was expecting better for a 4 stars Barcelo with almost 100€ a night.
