Spacious room and bathroom near the centre of Wagga Wagga. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals in the bar were very good.
There was only one chair in the room - two would have been good.

I could hear the people in the adjacent room quite clearly when they were talking or coughing. Noise on the street till midnight also clearly heard.

Very noisy until late on Friday and Saturday nights which makes sense being over a pub but I didn't realise that was the case when booking.

Location was perfect for us. The staff were lovely and the food from the restaurant was great.
The waste bins hadn't been emptied, there were no drinking glasses in the room, the blanket for the bed had a smell about it.
I found the towels a bit thin and smaller than o am used to.

The Hampden Suites are actually the accomodation in the upper levels at Romano's Hotel. This information seems to appear nowhere when booking.
As a former resident of Wagga Wagga, I know that Romano's is an iconic, well patronised hotel.
My stay was on a Friday night. Unfortunately where was karaoke happening in the main bar. This was so loud that it would most likely have been causing hearing damage to the patrons and staff. I'd have liked to have had a relaxed dinner and drink in the bistro, but this was not a viable option, so I had to venture out. The noise also carried upstairs.
My room was on the same side as the outdoor beer garden/courtyard, and noise from that area carried into my room well into the early hours of the morning, seriously compromising my sleep.
