Exceptional, wonderfull and extreamely pleasent

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, amazing view from the room as well as great location close to the centre, the room and hotel in general were clean and tidy, modern looking and in general very pleased with the experience

Lo que podría mejorar

Como punto a tener en cuenta, el hotel solo dispone de una plaza de aparcamiento. Creo que merece la pena mencionarlo para que futuros huéspedes lo sepan. En mi caso no tuve problemas para aparcar: el primer día dejé el coche en un parking cercano que costaba 11 € por 24 horas, así que tampoco supuso un inconveniente importante.

One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel only has one parking space available. I think it’s useful for future guests to know this. In my case, it wasn’t a problem—I parked in a nearby car park on the first day, which cost €11 for 24 hours, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

Cozy, lovingly decorated hotel in the city center
Pros:

We very much enjoyed the small and cozy hotel. We had a luxery room with additional sofa bed. The room was very spacious including three balconies :) The breaktfast, even though the room is very small and part of the reception, was excellent with local food (feta cheese, olives, cheese pie etc.). We enjoyed it every day. Outside are tables too, where you can easily have a good start into the morning sitting in the middle of the action.
The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Our arrival close to midnight was well prepared.
The area close to the city is brilliant to walk. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return when we are back in Heraklion. Thank you.

Cons:

The only recommendation we have is to add a small storageshelf or similar to the shower to put some personal belongings into. Also a few more possibilities to hang towels would be great when travelling with two.

the location was very convenient. Nice decoration.

Cons:

The room was alleged to be deluxe double room with sea view. But it was too small for two people, there was not enough space for us to move around let alone for our suitcase. There was a big window that overlooked the sea but it only opened a bit from the top. Because the room was too small and had a strange orientation behind another building, it only made me feel pressed and uncomfortable.
