Pros:

Wunderschön ausgestattetes Hotel im Zentrum,sehr netter Service in allen Bereichen, sehr gutes Frühstück. Das angegliederte italienische Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Essen vorzüglich! Ich komme gerne wieder.

mooi ingericht en sfeervol hotel

Cons:

Geen staflid van hotel gezien. Sleutel opgehaald bij chagrijnige ober van restaurant ernaast. Ook bij het mooie ontbijt enkel chagrijnig personeel. Zo jammer van deze mooie accommodatie

schöne Lage in der Altstadt von Andernach; hervorragendes Zimmer mit tollem Blick (wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten); alles sauber; Frühstück okay; tolle Restaurants in der Nähe

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

L’hotel è in pieno centro e mette a disposizione a pagamento un utile (direi necessario) parcheggio interno. La colazione è buona ma non entusiasma. Aria condizionata in camera ma niente minibar ed il bagno non era il massimo della pulizia. Anche la distribuzione degli spazi in camera non era granché. Le nostre finestre non avevano vista e davano inoltre su un cantiere che iniziava i lavori presto. Insomma ci saremmo aspettati camere più ampie, luminose e curate per un boutique hotel! Ottimo invece il ristorante italiano interno! Personale alla reception ed al ristorante molto gentile e collaborativo.

Fijn verblijf op uitstekende locatie
Pros:

Uitstekend locatie, schoon, veel ruimte op de kamer, behulpzaam personeel. De gereserveerde parkeerplaats was ook heel fijn.

Cons:

We misten een koelkastje op de kamer, dat was met een baby tijdens een hittegolf fijn geweest.

Tolle Einrichtung, tolle Lage (keine 100m vom Marktplatz), Tiefgaragenparkplatz(wenn auch 15€/Tag), freundlichster Empfang, 2 tolle Restaurants und ein erstklassiges Frühstücksbuffet
