Pros:

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Das Personal ist super, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Hotelrestaurant. Den Tayrona Nationalpark kann man mit dem öffentlichen Bus, der alle 15min fährt, bequem innert 10 Minuten erreichen. Wir können auch den Ausflug nach Tayronaka empfehlen.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass der Preis, nachdem wir die Unterkunft angeschrieben und deren Antwort über Nacht abgewartet haben, um rund 200'000 COP erhöht wurde.

Pros:

Hôtel bien entretenu, tout le staff est très sympa et serviables
La nourriture est très bonne

Cons:

Malheureusement ils ont des problèmes d’électricité dans le secteur. Ils ont mis en place des générateurs mais ne suffisent pas à palier le problème d’électricité. Il y a eu des coupures pendant notre séjour

La plage et l’ambiance Caraïbes, la piscine parfaite pour les enfants, le cadre avec beaucoup d’arbres

A spectacular place for true rest, peace and tranquility right by the sea.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the facilities and the thoughtful layout of the rooms and villas. The entire setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with the pool, relaxation areas and restaurant all facing the sea. Excellent service and a truly peaceful stay. I especially appreciated the no-speaker policy for guests, which really helps preserve the peace and tranquility of the place.

Cons:

Just a few very minor details that could be easily fixed, such as a loose bathroom door handle and some small traces of plaster/putty on the bathroom tiles. Nothing that affected our stay.

Un hotel donde no puedes bañarte en el mar, pero con un gran staff
Pros:

El personal es un 10. Todos. Gente encantadora, currante y dispuesta siempre a agradar. Tuvieron el detalle de hacer un descuento y regalar un masaje por algunas cosas que no funcionaron. La comida, aunque el desayuno es flojo, está bien. La piscina mirando al mar tiene encanto. Los masajes son buenos.

Cons:

El principal problema es que es una playa a mar abierto donde no te puedes bañar por las fuertes corrientes y olas. No te dicen eso en ninguna parte antes de reservar. Ocurre en todo caso en toda Tayrona salvo alguna playa dentro del propio parque..
En general, el hotel necesita renovarse mucho. Está bastante viejo, sin encanto, y le hace falta un cambio total de imagen.
