Eerder een 3 sterren hotel
Pros:

- Vriendelijkheid van het personeel
- Mooie omgeving
- Nieuwe kleine gym om te sporten
- Eten was goed (wel wat duurder)
- Ontbijt (2 dagen buffet en andere dagen a la carte)

Cons:

- De bedden. In eerste instantie hadden we een heel hard bed en een heel zacht bed. Het zachte bed voelde doorgezakt en die lieten we vervangen. De harde bedden waren echt heel hard waardoor wij elke ochtend met rugpijn wakker werden. Voor een 4 sterren hotel hebben we niet eerder zulke slechte bedden meegemaakt.
- De airco maakt heel hard geluid waardoor het lastig is om goed te slapen
- De stroom valt vaak uit. Dat hoort bij de omgeving.

Tout, l’accès à la plage, l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la nourriture était très bonne.

Cons:

La montre pour enregistrer les consommations, j’aurais préféré qu’ils notent le numéro de chambre car on l’oubliait régulièrement

Het huisje met eigen pool

Cons:

Het feit dat de foto’s op de website een heel ander beeld hebben gegeven. Het strand is eigenlijk geen strand meer te noemen en is helemaal weggeslagen. Ook is het in de zee zwemmen eigenlijk bijna niet mogelijk vanwege de stromingen. Steeds een rode vlag. Daarnaast is er in de directe omgeving niets te doen. Het enige restaurant is dramatisch qua kwaliteit. Ook is het ontbijt in het restaurant minimaal tot slecht te noemen. Het aanvoeren is daarentegen wel goed verzorgd.

Excelente, limpio, lindo y recomendable .
Pros:

La ubicación , tranquilidad , la comida muy rica , la piscina al lado del mar permite un excelente descanso !! La atención del personal era muy buena y amable siempre .Se toma bus para ir al parque Tayrona , queda a 5-8 min

Although beautiful the villa we stayed in wasn’t really week kept - The electricity was coming and going during our stay - it wasn’t too often but happened at least 3/4 times over 4 nights. There were leaks by the showers m.

Staff was mostly cordial and kind although the ones we met the 1st day upon arrival didn’t prove very welcoming

Wished there was a transfer service provided by the hotel that could be used to move around the area

No me gustó que la cabaña en la cual me quede tiene un corrediza dañada que da para la parte externa de la misma. Lo que hizo que mi última noche no estuviera tranquila.
