I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the excellent location, and the professionalism of the staff. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

I loved my stay here. I initially booked two nights because I usually like to stay in different hotels to experience a variety of places. However, I ended up extending my stay and spent my entire 12-day trip at this hotel because I liked it so much.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. I travelled here solo and felt very welcome throughout my stay. Mohammed and Jasim were especially wonderful and went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had.
The hotel is in a great location. The bus stops for the main attractions are only a 5–7 minute walk away, and the main shopping mall is in the same area. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport, the Royal Opera House and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. I also found that some of the day tours I booked offered hotel pick-up from here because it is within their designated collection area, which made things very convenient.
The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms and restaurant are beautifully designed, and the rooftop pool offers the perfect view. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
The only suggestions I have would be slightly quieter air conditioning in the rooms and the addition of some Omani dishes to the main menu, giving guests the opportunity to experience Omani cuisine during their stay.
