I wish I could stay longer. The hotel is better than it looks, the experience was very good!
Pros:

Room was very nice, clean bathroom, nice view, elevator available.

Cons:

The person at the desk at checkout was a little bit rude, but the person at the desk when I arrived at night was very warm and polite.

A very nice stay

Pros:

Bed was comfortable. The one guy staff member in the afternoon actually spoke English and was nice. It's near the ferry marina.

Cons:

No hot water. Low water pressure. The dirty room; glitter all over the couch and floor, lots of dirt under/behind the couch, dirt on the bathroom floor, dirt on floor as soon as you walk in, dirt on bed comforter. No fridge in room. No outlets next to bed. No bed side lights. No handtowels. Broken furniture. Stains on couch. High flow toilets. No phone in room. Most staff seem to only speak Spanish even though it's in a "tourist" area. Very loud at night, every night until 01:00-03:00 due to amusement park and club/bars next door. Window view was of bunch of unorganized junk and broken cameras. Far from city center and airport. Hallways are dim. Toilets are quite low to the ground. Need to get buzzed in and out of building instead of just being able to use room door fob. No shelves in shower.

El lugar bellísimo alejado de la ciudad pero cuenta con todo y está ubicado en uno de los paseos más bonitos, solo deben mejorar el restaurante que está muy desactualizado
