The bedding was clean, sink and sides were clean.
Mattress and pillows were comfortable. The lighting was good.
The staff mixed up hotel room numbers and allowed someone to enter my room whilst I was completely naked, this guest and myself were both comppletely shocked, and it was very embarrasing for me and my partner. The shower had a disgusting sulfur smell, and I trood on a green plastic like gem stone on the floor which cut into my foot.
Not honest about NOT having functioning air conditioning during the extreme heat wave.
staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. were able to hold luggage in a safe place because we were early for check in. there was some construction going on but staff were very upfront about this and the noise was very tolerable. very small walk to the eiffel tower and many restaurants. the apartment was smaller but very comfortable for 2 people.

A complete rat hole.
The room was extremely small, with no main ceiling light at all. There was mold under the sink, and the sink itself was leaking. The walls and doors have virtually no sound insulation, so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the corridor.
To make matters worse, the hotel started renovation work during our stay, including removing old tiles with a jackhammer, creating constant noise and disturbance.
The view from the first-floor window was awful — just rubbish, dirt, and spider webs. The hotel advertises double beds, but in reality they simply pushed two single beds together.
The photos on the website do not match reality and create a completely misleading impression of the property.
Breakfast was included, but there was never enough food for all guests. Even something as basic as scrambled eggs was constantly running out, and guests had to ask the staff to prepare more and then wait for it to be brought out.
Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Our AC didn’t work in the room we had sadly, however they did provide us with a good fan. They also offered to give us a different room when they had space
