Pros:

Location was really good. Room though small was clean. There is a lovely boulangerie across the road where we had breakfast. At the other end of the road opposite the hotel is a cafe where we ate in the evening - very good food.

Pros:

A small hotel located right next to the train and tram station. Very convenient for transportation, amenities, and food. The bedroom is small, but the bathroom is a decent size and considered quite spacious. I really liked this place. The bedroom was very clean, simply decorated, and very tidy. The bed is firm yet soft, and the pillows are firm yet soft, which made for a very comfortable sleep. I like it here.

Cons:

(for some) is quite difficult and complicated, which can be frustrating in some cases.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore Paris and get around the city.

Cons:

One point that could be improved is the lighting in the room. The room is quite dimly lit, as there is no ceiling light, and the existing lights are very warm/yellow. This can make it difficult to see clearly, especially when getting ready or doing makeup.

A limpeza estava boa, a maioria dos funcionários muito solícitos e simpáticos. Localização bacana, 15 minutos andando da torre eiffel

Poucas opções de café da manhã. Um funcionário específico extremamente grosseiro e rude (um que ficava de noite durante a semana). Inconsistência no serviço de organização do quarto. Alguns dias esqueceram de repor toalha e copos descartáveis.

Good location and cozy hotel, but the staff didn't follow through on our requests.
Pros:

The location is good, there are three metro station around the hotel location. The closet one is literally by the building. The view from the window was quite nice.

Cons:

The staff was polite, but didn’t hear our requests and wishes. We asked three times within two days to give us two separate blankets for our convenience and to clean/wash a water tank from the coffee machine in the room (the smell was not fresh and inside upper part was covered with dust). Neither of mentioned was done during our stay. Unbelievable experience! 😂

Best hotel on our honeymoon, no question recommending this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Everything! The location was ideal and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay including waiting until 4am for us to check in. Breakfast was superb and the bedroom itself was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was huge. By far our favorite hotel on our honeymoon which has included 15 other hotels.
