Właściciel bardzo w porządku. Lokalizacja ok, a standard taki jak wszędzie w Turcji w tej kwocie. Jak ktoś jest przyzwyczajony do 4 lub więcej gwiazdek w Europie to tutaj może się nieco zdziwić, ale jako baza wypadowa jak najbardziej polecam.

Очень хороший хозяин отеля! Не далеко от центра старого города, но нужно подниматься по склону, так же недалеко от набережной, можно и по ней дойти до города и насладиться видом.

Cons:

В самом деле комнаты немного более устаревшие, чем на фото. Но за эту стоимость это небольшой минус.

Skvělá volba pro každého, kdo chce poznat Istanbul. Výborná poloha, odkud se dá snadno dostat k hlavním památkám i na trajekty přes Bospor. Pokoj byl čistý, pohodlný a vše fungovalo bez problémů. V okolí je spousta možností, kde se najíst nebo jen posedět u čaje. Pobyt jsem si opravdu užil a ubytování předčilo moje očekávání. Do Istanbulu se určitě vrátím a znovu zvolím toto ubytování. 😊🇹🇷✨

Gentilezza gestore, ma appartamento inadeguato

Gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Il giorno della nostra partenza ci ha consentito di fermarci in appartamento fino alle 5 del pomeriggio, a causa di un problema di salute, senza chiederci un pagamento extra. Molto disponibile in generale. Se non fosse stato così gentile, la nostra recensione sarebbe stata peggiore, perché l'appartamento è inadeguato.

Cons:

Strutture vecchie e trascurate, box doccia malandato, con un' anta mancante, tende in camera non sufficientemente oscuranti (luce lampioni dalla strada fino alle 4 del mattino, poi dalle 5 luce naturale ...), equipaggiamento zona cottura insufficiente e in pessime condizioni, di fatto inutilizzabile. Abbiamo richiesto una padella supplementare e ci è stato consegnato un tegame completamente scrostato ... Avevamo scelto una struttura con angolo cottura per problemi alimentari, ma in realtà non ci è stato possibile cucinare alcunché in appartamento. Non posto le fotografie scattate, vista la gentilezza del gestore ...

El dueño muy atento, respondía y resolvía rápido todo lo que le pedimos.

Tres pisos por escalera y muy chica.
El barrio muy feo y a 10 minutos caminando del metro pero en subida.
Enfrente había una mezquita y te levantaba a la madrugada, estábamos con una bebé que se asustaba de lo fuerte que rezan y parecía que estaba dentro de la habitación el volumen 5 veces por día

After staying at Kumluk Konark Hotel for 3 days, we went on a trip to Cappadocia and returned at 1 AM Midnight . The owner, Savas, went out of his way to upgrade our room for the night, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long journey. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore Istanbul. If I ever return to Istanbul, I’ll definitely stay at Kumluk Konark Hotel again—highly recommend it for its excellent service and warm hospitality!

He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with our luggage upon arrival. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with a charming atmosphere that made it feel like home.

The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to all the major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. It made sightseeing incredibly easy and convenient. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the personal touch Savas added to our stay. I highly recommend Kumluk Konark Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul—it’s the perfect blend of excellent service, a prime location, and great value.

Cheap accommodation, fine for a short stay
Pros:

Great value for money, clean accommodation close to train station and an easy walk to the main attractions.

Cons:

Pictures did not accurately depict the accommodation e.g. the foyer is not as ‘fancy’ as shown in the ad (no carpet and gold rods on the stairs). Our room (superior suite) was very small. Having said that, the nightly rate was extremely cheap
