Très bel hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses, luxueuses et propres, parfaites pour une famille. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et la vue sur les remparts est magnifique. Seul petit point à savoir : l’accès n’est pas simple. Ne suivez pas le GPS jusqu’au bout, il peut vous faire emprunter un mauvais itinéraire. Malgré cela, nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Such an amazing stay, and a great reflection of the Albanian hospitality, from the moment we appriached the hotel, until the minute we left. Very friendly Receptionist and rest of the staff, great breakfast included, great room size and very clean, amazing views from various rooms, close to the bazaar, castle and other sightseeing spots. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Sharm Villa. The hotel is modern, spotless, and offers beautiful views of Gjirokastër. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city with a car, not wanting to climb into steep narrow streets of the old town.

Lovely building , very clean , staff good .

Cons:

It's just a bit too far from the old quarter to walk but only 10 euro in a cab .
We paid extra for a room with a castle view, but the windows are so narrow. With the curtain hanging, the view got blocked even more . It really is a waste of money paying for a castle view unless maybe you get a room with a balcony , but it was 42c, so you really won't be sitting on the balcony for long

El trato del personal fue increíble
Pros:

El hotel en sí mismo era bastante bonito, la habitación era súper cómoda y todo estaba súper limpio. Ahora bien, si hay que destacar algo es el trato recibido por el personal del hotel, tanto en recepción como los camareros en la cafetería fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento.

Por último, no podría dejar pasar la oportunidad de reconocer el trabajo de David, el camarero que nos atendió durante el desayuno. Se mostró súper amable y atento en todo momento, hacía su trabajo con una simpatía y desparpajo que nos dejaba perplejos. Lo mismo nos servía todo lo que pedíamos con una simpatía asombrosa que regaba las plantas con maestría. Sin duda un trabajador de 10, mil gracias por todo.
