Felt cheated on my pre-paid breakfast buffet because there was little food and lack of service.
Pros:

The room was average but service was terrible. When I ate breakfast on the last day, it did have more food instead of empty containers; as of the previous days.

Cons:

The 1st morning 8am breakfast buffet had a lot of empty containers and no one refilling them. No coffee or juice and no one tending the omelet station. 3 staff members were standing by the dining hall entrance talking and didn't offer any help. Ate a few scaps and left. The 2nd morning found out that one of the 3 staff members standing around was the actual omelet chef which overcooked my omelet and there was a little more food than empty trays. I had to ask for coffee because still no coffee or juice was present at this breakfast buffet. The 3rd morning someone must have complained because there was more food, coffee and juice present. I asked the chef not to overcook my omelet and he gave me one that was soupy inside, that was uncalled for. Also during my 3 breakfast times I did notice dirty tables not being cleaned and staff members standing around enjoying their conversations and laughing. It's good they're happy but the customer should be as well. The 3rd day near the end of my breakfast I did see a manager come out because all of a sudden the staff started to work.

Breakfast food option to limited everytime i went no food the person at the omelette section always not available you have to call the attention of other staff

Location to immigration office

Cons:

Bed is too low. Told me the room was for disabled, but they lied! Toilet too low. No handholds. Can’t use shower. Food is nasty!

Excellent value at a good location.
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable room at an affordable price. The location was great for me to walk the old city, visit museums, and find nice places to eat. Excellent Value.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit cramped but wasn't really an issue.

Frühstück ok. Raumgröße im "Deluxe"-Zimmer ausreichend.
Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Ausstattung alt, abgewohnt, sanitär schwach. Modriger Zimmergeruch - eckelig.... Klimaleistung schwach. Trotz Zimmer im 5.Stock - Wand vor dem Fenster = stockdunkel. Man hat sich äusserst unwohl gefühlt! Lage des Hotels in eher schlechterem Viertel in Manila - extrem voll ele Bettler, vor allem kleine Kinder.
