Nothing we could not actually stay there!

Cons:

Misleading ‘Holiday Inn’ in the name but has no association with the Holiday Inn chain. Tried both entry’s buzzed no answer had to cancel stay and drive back to the GOLD COAST THAT NIGHT. WEEKEND COMPLETELY RUINED.
REVIEWS ON THE PLACE INDICATED THAT IT WAS UNSAFE TO STAY THERE AND COMPLETELY SURPRISED THAT BOOKINGS.COM STILL HAVE IT LISTING ON THEIR APP!

Absolute rip off!
Pros:

This was the most over priced and disgusting place I have ever stayed. $240 per night for a room under a house which smelt, was dingy, the bed was ripped!

Cons:

The place resembled a flop house for drug addicts!

The friendly caretaker she was amazing

Cons:

The manager and owner have dodged and deceived once ready for checkout. After instructions from Michail gemtmen that opens and showed room. Stating that's it's an additional 200 if wish to kep key for night or 1000security.i paid with card and was assured money back next morning. Stilll being ignored by management and am out of pocket plus room. Was in kept to say the least

Believe all the reviews- we should have kept driving or slept in car. Was desperate and regret staying here
Pros:

The shower was decent. Strong and hot. Although i hate sharing bathrooms.

Cons:

Room had a smell. Room was Dirty. Overpriced. Had to keep calling &txting for refund as they take $100 deposit and don’t give it back automatically. If u want a key its $200!

It wasn’t clean, the back door wouldn’t shut, didn’t feel safe and the process to get the keys which wasn’t listed as another payment for the keys was sketchy and eery. The place wasn’t cleaned before we arrived as the basket of dirty clothes left in the place
