Feels like home with the best bed in Vietnam!
I had an incredible stay! The family running the hotel is absolutely lovely, and they instantly made me feel right at home. The bed was easily the most comfortable one I’ve had in all of Vietnam.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil de Van la propriétaire des lieux, très accueillante, très souriante, elle est de très bons conseils.

Van and Minh are friendly and super helpful. The room was well maintained, quiet and very clean. The property is conveniently located and a short distance from the busy main street.

It was extremely clean and it has a good view to the mountain valley! Yet, it’s very central to areas like Sun Plaza. But, what made our stay really memorable was the host!!!!

This is absolutely the best stay I have ever had! No luxury resort can beat the kind hearts of Vân and her welcoming family. From the moment I received my first message from her, I knew I made the right choice. She had made a handmade map from the city and will explain the best restaurants and activities in town

The views from the room are amazing! I highly recommend booking the deluxe room for a spectacular view on the mountains. Botanic Sapa is only a short walk to the main square (5 mins) with some stairs, but very doable!

Bonus points for their cat Moon! He’s such a cutie! You’ll really feel at home here when booking with Vân!

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。
お部屋はとても綺麗で、水回りやシーツ類などもとても清潔した。オーナーさんがホテルを大切にしているのが伝わってきました。
部屋からの景色は素晴らしく、バルコニーのベンチで絶景を楽しみながらゆっくりと過ごせました。
観光スポットや飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーなどほぼ全てが徒歩圏内にあり、立地も抜群でした。

滞在中はオーナーご家族の温かいお心遣いがありがたかったです。観光のオススメを教えてくださったり、困ったことがあったときには助けくださり、初めての地でも安心して過ごすことができました。

このホテルに滞在することがサパを訪れる理由になる、素晴らしいホテルでした。

The room was lovely and clean with a nice balcony with a good view. The staff made this a standout, they were all more than happy to help and helped alot with food recommendations, trips and where to visit. The bed was very comfy and as the hotel is small it was lovely and chilled out. Thanks for the stay

The quietness, homeliness, stylishness, friendliness and comfort was wonderful - great sleep.
The helpfulness, knowledge and recommendations from An, her hand drawn map and her lovely family were warm and welcoming during my whole stay.
Botanic is small, beautiful and much more than a hotel.
It suited me perfectly as an older solo traveller.
An recommended some apps and helped me get set up for using QR code payment like you do in Vietnam.
All An’s food recommendations were delicious and the hiking plans she helped me with for my days there were just right. Highly recommended! 🙏👍

The views and the hospitality. Let's start with why. I had booked a bus from Hanoi to Sapa, which arrived earlier than scheduled, at 4 am! After the initial panic and hesitation (rightly so), the host let me in. This is a family-owned business and the family lives on the property. So let the host know well in advance if you will be arriving early. And if I can make a suggestion, don't take the night bus, it's not worth the hassle. You'll be too tired by the time you reach Sapa in the morning.
Vân really went out of her way to make me comfortable by giving me extra fruit and snacks. (Love those pineapples!) She also recommended good places to eat and a local tour which I would highly recommend.
PS: They have a shy cat named Moon. If he lets you pet him, then you're special 🥹.
The biscuits provided in the room were delicious.
Also, there is no VP bank ATM in Sapa. the closest one in Lao Cai, so I'd recommend withdrawing cash in Hanoi or a bigger city. The property accepts card payment

Omg the kindest family and such a comfortable and clean guesthouse❤️ Van is so warm-hearted and caring, she always greeted us with a big smile and we felt like at home every time😊 She gave us a map and told about the most important places in the town + recommended restaurants.

Van even treated us with local sweet spring rolls which were delicious (we didn’t resist and ate all of them just before going to bed hehe).

It also meant so much for us that you and your husband helped us during check out when it was raining!🥹

We spent a very authentic experience in this hotel, sharing a bit of the life of the family living here.
Our room on the last floor was always really clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
Very grateful to our host who made our experience unique because she was so welcoming, helpful and gave us many tips (we discovered moreta pay App to pay in Vietnam and it is very useful)

Van was an amazing host, really helpful, friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable we slept very well. The location was great very close to restaurants and bars but also tucked away and quiet. Beautiful view from the balcony.
