Cons:

The location of the room was VERY distant from the entrance/exit to the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was only cleaned one time. We stayed on property 2 years ago, upon arrival we were given a "Clermont Coin" which you could redeem at the bar for a complimentary beverage. We were not given those this stay, not sure if they are still in use. The Staff in the lobby was not very friendly.

Virtually everything was great!

Cons:

They only thing was, no stirrers in the room for coffee and the outlet in the bathroom was incompatible with the provided hairdryer.
