Reasonable stay if you’re going to be exploring the city. Not a luxury hotel but comfortable.
Pros:

The location is excellent for a city stay. A short walk to main shopping areas and great places to eat. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of foods. Air con in the room was great during a hot spell of weather.

Cons:

The interactions with staff from the moment we arrived were stiff and formal. Was asked for a credit card as debit cards are not preferable for payment. Was surprised to be asked to pay a €50 deposit per night as well, which I am waiting to be refunded for (minus the cost of breakfast which is €15 per person). Despite having given my credit card details on arrival (plus €100 deposit), I was asked to pay for breakfast with my card. I explained that I had already paid the deposit so it could be charged to my room, but they didn’t accept my answer and checked their system to confirm before allowing me to go and eat. Soured the experience a bit for me. Room was very small. Had good amenities but everything was very compact with very little storage for clothes and other personal belongings.

L’hôtel idéal avec son chien au cœur de Cork
Pros:

Excellent buffet petit déjeuner, hôtel vraiment Dog friendly, meme en salle de restauration. Geste commercial substantiel pour compenser l’offre de réduction de 40% parking du Q Park d’à côté, non disponible. (Coût du parking 37€ pour 24h sans le discount hôtel).

Small cramped room.
Pros:

The location to Cork City center.

Cons:

The standard rooms an unreasonably small, enough space to turn around…seriously. The were no amenities, a kettle. No chairs or room to sit if there were. Small bedside tables, one with no room when the phone was on it and not the floor. Staff was pleasant but they knew little. I could go on.
