Absolutely terrible never experienced such awful conduct from other grown adults and such a reputable hotel doing nothin

It was in a good location for Brands hatch

Cons:

Rude ness from staff, inappropriate conduct from other residents, intimidating by other residents, food was poor quality
Staff turning a blind eye to disgusting goings on amongst residents in a public place

Really impressed with the hotel, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Staff were so helpful when we had problem with the toilet in our room, when the initial fix didn't work, we were moved/upgraded to another room straight away.

Cons:

Only 1 lift as the second one was broken and stairs were obviously for emergency only, Had to wait for lift for quite a while sometimes as there was a function on in the hotel and Motorbike racing on locally.
