The reception staff, wasn't attentive

Airconditioning aint good especially we book this hotel to escape the heat at home.

Love the decor in the reception area. With the pink blossom trees. Kind of Japanese feel.
Cost of hotel car park. Arrived at 12pm had bar snacks and drinks. You get two hours free in car park. Then I asked about checking in early at 2pm, that was a no, as the room was not ready. That fine I except that, I asked about sorting out the £10.50 for the over night parking at that point, and that was a no too only when I check in.
So ended up paying out £7 for car park for 1hour for then at 3pm on the dot, I ended up paying out a further £10.50 as a hotel guest overnight stay for the same carpark. Why I couldn't just pay the £10.50 at 2pm as they could see via my booking I was staying the night!
It was easy to find, very clean, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was nice and value for money.

The environment and the service was good.
What i didnt like is that the bathroom door does not have a lock when using the toilet or having a shower. My teenage kids and i was not happy about it thue to privacy.

I liked the room, it was nice and spacious. It was very clean as well. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
