Air con, having a fridge, staff were polite but very awkward. Cleaners were always so polite and helpful.
Pool always filthy with same plaster in same place and other bits. Fire alarm made this horrible screaming sound. Couldn't sleep well at all. Walls are so thin can hear everyone outside and their doors shutting waking me up. Staff staring and speaking like gossiping about us or other people. In an area that you can't really do anything.
