Pros:

Abbiamo piacevolmente soggiornato per una notte presso questa struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità del luogo, la possibilità di parcheggiare le moto senza problema alcuno e l'ottimo cibo preparatoci da Sergio il titolare per cena. Camere pulite, semplici e confortevoli. Grazie di tutto.

Avrei dovuto alloggiare ma l'host ha detto che avrei dovuto prenotare almeno 8 ore prima (solo che la pratica di prenotazione su booking non applica blocchi di questo tipo pertanto ho potuto prenotare.

Avrei certo dovuto leggere meglio, di fatto però quando ho chiamato l'host ho avuto a che fare con un maleducato che alla mia richiesta su cosa potessi fare e se potessi avere certezza che non prendesse i soldi dalla carta anche se c'era scritto che si pagava in struttura (era la richiesta di cortesia) ho avuto come risposta un "signora, ma lei è stralunata!" (Prima aveva detto anche altro con toni sempre sgarbati , come "non è un mio problema che sistemazione trova")

Avrebbe dovuto lui stesso, secondo booking, cercare un altro alloggio per me, ho fatto tramite l'efficente assistenza booking per host (se lo fate da clienti avrete solo risponditore AI).

Aver riconosciuto la maleducazione al telefono mi ha almeno dato la serenità di sapere che non sono finita in un posto gestito da uno così.

Schön gelegen, perfekt fürs Abenteuer Sardinien
Pros:

Schöne Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, auch für Anhänger und Motorräder. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Bergwelt Sardiniens und zur Küste! Traumhafte Landschaft und historische Plätze dazu tolle Straßen und Pisten inklusive. Sergio ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber und zelebriert auch mal ein schönes sardisches Essen. Die Terrasse läd auch Abends zum Verweilen ein, ein gemütliches Glas Wein oder ein kühles Bier zum Tagesausklang zu genießen.

Cons:

Das eine oder andere Bad könnte mal saniert werden, aber grundsätzlich ist alles ok. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

Eine sehr persönliche Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt
Pros:

Das ruhige, an einem Berghang gelegene Hotel bietet eine durch nichts gestörte Fernsicht bis zur gut 10 km entfernten Küste bei Arbatax. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber; alles funktioniert.
Sergio, der Hausherr, ist sofort zur Stelle, falls man einen Sonderwunsch hat. So hat er uns z. B. nach der ersten Nacht ohne Aufpreis den Umzug in ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer gestattet, als er merkte, dass ich beim Treppensteigen Knieprobleme habe. Sogar das gesamte Gepäck hat er beim 'Umzug' geschleppt.
In der Vorsaison waren wir mehrere Tage lang die einzigen Hausgäste. Nach dem großzügigen Frühstück fragte er täglich nach unseren persönlichen Abendessenswünschen, die er schließlich zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit erfüllte.
Nach einer knappen Woche mussten wir leider weiterreisen. Sergio - danke für alles!

Cons:

Die Innentreppe könnte ein Geländer gebrauchen.

Agritourisme. Il s’agit d’une chambre à la ferme et non d’un hôtel trois-étoiles, comme écrit sur la présentation Bookin

Pouvoir garer les motos à la porte de la chambre.
Dans la nature avec une belle vue.
Accueil sympathique

Cons:

Finitions du logement très approximatives.
Il fallait réserver le repas à l’avance. On on ne le savait pas et on a pas trouvé sur Booking le moyen de le faire.

Es hat kein Aufenthalt gegeben! Der Gestank ist leider nicht mit Fotos festzuhalten

Cons:

Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet! Der Zustand war übel und das Schlimmste war der müffelte Gestank! Wir haben beim Besitzer storniert und hoffen nicht dass er uns das Geld abgebucht hat!
