Sehr gutes Restaurant und sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Wer es ruhig mag ist hier gut aufgehoben. Leider bietet der Ort Pommern sonst nichts.

Pros:

Lage nahe der Mosel in dem kleinen Ort Pommern. Zimmer im Gästehaus sind OK, sauber und ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Speisen im Restaurant sehr gut. Freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Treppenaufgang zu den Zimmern sehr eng und steil.

Super vriendelijke eigenaren en personeel. Werden echt in de watten gelegd. En dat voor die prijs per nacht inclusief ontbijt

Für eine Nacht haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es gibt alles was man braucht :-)
Pros:

Wir waren auf unserer Radreise einen Tag in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden.
Als wir ankamen, hatte das Hotel Ruhtag, wir wussten das, waren im Vorfeld informiert, um uns den Schlüssel aus einem Tresor nehmen zu können. Die Räder haben wir auf dem Hotelparkplatz abgestellt.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Da wir wenig Luft im Reifen hatten, hat uns der Chef seine Pumpe geliehen und wir konnten nochmal nachfüllen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Alles bestens.

Total dump. Room depressing, food nonexistent and breakfast sub standard

The reception when we arrived was awful. We arrived in the pouring rain to a small village to find the restaurant was closed as was the whole village on a Tuesday except for a burger bar in a campsite nearby. We were left in the rain while they told us this There was no previous information given despite an advert on booking .com and numerous messages. We were not even offered a hot drink The owner spent the whole time justifying himself instead of helping us The only reason we went there was the glowing restaurant review on booking .com. The place was a dump. They did try to recompense us with a bottle of wine snd a candle 2 hours later after we got we got back from the burger bar which was too little too late. A cold white wine was not what we wanted !
