Pros:

The room is clean and pleasant overall, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Calling that narrow bed a double bed is more than a bit of a stretch. We were 2 and struggled to fit in it together comfortably. The room is also quite small and narrow. I guess it's fine if you are travelling alone. No hit water either.

Pros:

Everything was good. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. But they charged more than the amount booked, that was the only thing that was a bit annoying.Otherwise everything was good.

Pros:

La posizione abbastanza comoda, 10 minuti a piedi dal quartiere pettah, reception aperta 24h e la possibilità di comprare acqua direttamente in struttura

Cons:

Camera un pò umida, acqua fredda ma è una cosa generale dello Sri Lanka e ventola molto rumoroso

No service. Electrical faults not remedied despite 3 requests. Nil room service. Rubbish bin overflowing. Non replacement of towels. Had to ask for tissue.
