Fajnie, czysto i w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Fajny właściciel, z gustem i pomysłem na swój mały hotelik. Przyjemny ogródek, wspólna kuchnia i uroczy taras. W planach mała piwniczka z winem. Więc możliwe, że już się załapiecie, Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut pieszo od centrum. Dostaliśmy też listę fajnych okolicznych lokali.

Cons:

Trochę brakuje małej lodówki w pokoju. Cash only.

Pros:

Für den Preis sehr gutes Hotel in top Lage in Kutaissi. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, spricht deutsch und hilft bei Restaurantsuche etc. Zimmer bietet eigentl alles was man für einen Städtetrip braucht bei dem man eh nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringt.

Pros:

Everything. The host was stay in touch a day earlier. Provided clear instructions and were standing ay the gate to greet us. Gave us a bit of context on the area. The location is awesome. In a quaint neighnorhood yet close to the city center. Rooms are well designed and there is common kitchen and a beautiful terrace. Great stay after a series of disappointing stays in Mestia.

Cons:

Too bad we were there for just one night.

Расположение,чистота,хороший хозяин

Cons:

В нашем номере окна выходили на лестницу,по которой все поднимаются.Эта проблема решается прекрасными длинными шторами,но всё таки хотелось впустить солнца в комнату
