Чистота в номері, облаштування, розміщення

Cons:

Обслуговування. Адміністратор створює проблеми замість вирішення. Їх поведінка свідчить, що готель не зацікавлений в повторному візиті гостя.
Мала ранній виїзд (6 ранку), адміністратор сама запропонувала підготувати сніданок "з собою". На ранок виїзду сніданку не виявилось "його хтось забрав", жодної пропозиції з вирішення створеної ними проблеми. По факту, сервіс виявився гіршим, ніж в будь якого готелю нижче класом.

Cons:

Буваю в готелі майже кожен рік, протягом багато років, але на жаль не помічаю розвитку готелю, все застигло на рівні « Ревізора».
