Got a lot more 'room' than expected, was clean throughout. Kids loved their double-bed-bunk-bed. 24th floor offerred great views of the city. Decent wifi in room and throughout hotel.
Kids also loved the pool (consistent 1.2m, they were tall enough to stand, so less of a worry to leave them to play and relax pool side). Had no issues with finding sun loungers whenever we went to the pool
Only ate there on 2 occasions, both being lunch buffets (weekday International and Dim Sum), got great discount on both for being hotel guest, was good selection of food on both. Also had great value and quality massages from hotel spa (again, good discount for being hotel guest).
Of what little interaction we had with staff (we are low maintenance), they were polite, helpful, and attentive. 1k baht security deposit for the stay which is returned (suggest doing this by cash as instant return, rather than waiting on a card refund).
Location is great for food/malls/market/night market/best priced currency exchange - much within 10 mins walking distance, not always needing to get taxis. Seven-Eleven just next door is super convenient. Tip, only discovered on last day, whilst conected mall is not the best, use it as an easy covered walk way to the main sky bridge junction to malls and markets.
Stayed as a family of 4 (kids aged 9 and 6), and would happily stay again on our next trip to Bangkok.
Lift transfer on 11th floor between blocks was a slight annoyance, but not a deal breaker for us.
After stubbing toes a few times on the mini step up from the bathroom to room, you soon become wise.
Hôtel très bien situé proche d’un très grand centre commercial. Chambres avec très belles vues. Privilegier les chambres en hauteur. Les chambres familiales sont sur les coins du builging avec de très grandes fenêtres.

Location was good
We had a 5 rooms reservation, its a large group - we were placed on the lowest floor the hotel had because we made the reservation with booking.com, other guests were given higher floors they had reservations with agents.
We talked to other guests and also a receptionists insinuated that its bc we came from booking.com
In addition - some of the rooms we got were smaller than the others, we did not get a baby cot in the room and some of the rooms had some mold in the bath tub. Did not feel lime a 5 star standard.
