A hidden gem right on Turtle Beach—exceeded all my expectations!
Pros:

To be completely honest, I was a bit hesitant before arriving because the photos on the listing don't do this place justice at all. But as soon as I stepped in, all my worries completely disappeared.

My room was absolutely beautiful! It was filled with natural sunlight throughout the day thanks to the massive floor-to-ceiling windows, beautifully framed with sheer white curtains. The bathroom is a standout—a sleek, all-black design with plenty of space. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and having a large refrigerator in the room was a huge plus.

The location is unbeatable—literally right on Turtle Beach. The property itself offers a lovely, green garden space to relax in, along with secure parking space.

The staff here are super friendly, warm, and exceptionally helpful. They easily sorted out a scooter rental for us on arrival. Hiriketiya Beach was a quick 5-minute ride away, making it super convenient to access all the popular dining spots, cafes, and shopping areas nearby while still enjoying a peaceful night's rest.

Cons:

​Don't let the online pictures fool you—this place is fantastic! I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

De lokatie, aan het strand, prachtig uitzicht. Kies als het lukt de kamers met balkon. Leuk restaurant voor de deur waar je heerlijk kunt eten ook voor ontbijt. We konden voor de deur snorkelen en hebben diverse schildpadden gezien.

Beautiful room , great location , loved the beach

Cons:

You just have to be swear that if you stay for more than 1 night there is no service for the room. They don’t make or change the bedding or towels and the room is not cleaned so a lot of sand is tracked in. We swept the room ourselves . No problem, but just so you know.

Herrliche Entspannung, direkt am Strand gelegen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an einer Bucht, wo die Wellen nicht zu hoch sind.

Cons:

Es gibt nur Steckdosen wie im UK, daher Braucht man mehrere Multistecker.

Viel wat tegen
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht, goed bed, mooi en schoon strand. Als je via het strand links loopt zit daar een nieuw restaurant, supermooi, wel wat prijzig. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het sfeervolle Italiaanse restaurant naast het hotel. Ook het eettentje voor het hotel heeft goed eten. Heel mooi strand, prachtige kustlijn, je ziet de schildpadden zwemmen.

Cons:

Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon MAAR...je deelt je balkon met de buren. Tip voor de eigenaar: zet er een schotje/wandje tussen, wij hebben hierdoor niet op het balkon gezeten. Geen fles water op de kamer (kregen we wel toen ik er om vroeg) geen shampoo. Geen receptie, de jongens (heel vriendelijk) van het eettentje vóór het hotel hielpen met de koffers en bij hun kon je terecht voor vragen. Het is niet echt een hotel, een blokje appartementen waarvan 2 kamers beneden en 2 boven (zover we konden zien), daar weer boven is onafgebouwd. De centrale hal vonden wij vies (vloer). Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep ook niet helemaal soepel.

Fantastische locatie om schildpadden te zien!
Pros:

De locatie is echt top! Direct aan het strand, je kan ontbijten/lunchen/dineren bij de strandtent tegenover de accomodatie, het café of het pizzarestaurant naast de locatie. Je kan jezelf er prima een paar dagen vermaken en hoeft het centrum van Dikwella niet perse in (als je dat wel wilt staan er altijd wel tuktuks overdag klaar om je te brengen) het strand en vooral de zee met de schildpadden is fantastisch, het is er heerlijk rustig en met een beetje geluk zie je zelfs schildpadden eieren leggen of zelfs de baby schildpadjes uitkomen!

Cons:

We hadden eerst een klein probleempje met de douche maar er werd ons een andere kamer aangeboden en het was de dag erna opgelost
