Please note that the property offers free 2-way transfer from the center of Chania.

We provide a service between 7:30 am until 2:00 pm for the house keeping service (Changing of the towels, bedsheets, cleaning, etc. )

Pros:

Très belle hotel et bel emplacement pour le couché de soleil
Merci infiniment à Nikos, très attentionné envers nous et notre petite fille

Cons:

Trop peu d'espace dans la chambre
Balcon très petit et le ventilateur de la climatisation et dessus alors quand la clim fonctionne dans la chambre et que nous sommes sur le balcon il fait extrêmement chaud

Pros:

The room was clean and the size of the room was good (only the shower cabin is a bit tight). The view from the balcony (and the hotel terrace) was amazing with a really royal sunset ;-). The hotel breakfast is served from 7 to 10.30 am and is really varied. They serve staples every day but also change up some of the dishes every day. The shuttle into town was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The parking situation is a bit difficult.

הכל, מהרגע שנכנסתי בדלתות הצוות היה כל כך נחמד ומסביר פנים, חדרים כמו חמישה כוכבים.
נקי, מסודר ,חדש.
המסעדה בקומה שלישית מדהימה והשירות מצויין.

המלון לא נמצא במרכז העיר אבל יש הסעות בחינם כל חצי שעה הלוך וחזור .

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé!! Le personnel était super gentil avec nous et très souriant ! Le petit déjeuner était incroyable et tout les aliments étaient frais et bon. Nous avons fais un restaurant le dernier soir et la nourriture, le cadre était génial. Nous pensons revenir très rapidement et la chambre 504 était une chambre incroyable !

Absolutely marvellous staff, very good breakfast, stunning view, fabulous pool, professional and kind drivers, excellent restaurant... Our special mention goes to Christos - our driver the polyglot & Nikos at the reception - thank you for being such kind-hearted people, if it was't for you our stay in Chania wouldn't be the same!

Cons:

Lack of shelves in the room and bathroom but the kind staff helped us as much as they could so big thanks for that!

In overall I would recommend the hotel and would love to come again
Pros:

I really liked that the property had a pool and was located slightly outside the city centre, which gave us a beautiful view over the city as well as the sea. It also had a gym, a restaurant, and a convenient shuttle bus service, which made getting around much easier.

Cons:

Make sure to check the shuttle bus timetable carefully. My friend and I stayed in the city until 15:00, but unfortunately, there are no shuttle buses back to the hotel between 14:45 and 18:15. This is something to keep in mind when planning your day, as you may have to find another way back to the hotel during this time.

Relax e viste spettacolari.
Pros:

Hotel in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Chania. Vista spettacolare del centro dalla terrazza del ristorante dell'hotel. Bellissima piscina per potersi rilassare con in dotazione asciugamani dalla reception e servizio bar direttamente ai lettini. Pulizia giornaliera della camera sempre impeccabile e colazione al ristorante super varia. Consigliata la prenotazione di un tavolo al ristorante per pranzo o cena per passare la serata nella terrazza con vista sulla città, esperienza da consigliare!

Cons:

Purtroppo l'hotel essendo posizionato in un punto alto dell'isola, la strada per raggiungerlo in alcuni punti è molto stretta e difficile il passaggio tra due macchine, inoltre la maggior parte dei parcheggi sono in salita e non sempre si può trovare disponibilità, sopratutto alla sera essendo che il ristorante dell'hotel è aperto anche al pubblico. Nonostante questo, a 200 metri dall'hotel, è presente un piccolo parcheggio.
