Please note that the property offers free 2-way transfer from the center of Chania.

We provide a service between 7:30 am until 2:00 pm for the house keeping service (Changing of the towels, bedsheets, cleaning, etc. )
Bedsheets should be change every 3 days.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A perfect place to stay full of quality and contiviality.
Pros:

The excellent location, the view is tremendous both evening and morning. The most friendly and welcoming staff we have ever meet, the Mari,s, Christos, Stella and Viv. We have been visiting for the last 10 years and the hotel has transformed itself over this time to become a wonderfully comfortable, and spotlessly clean hotel. The breakfasts are so amazing with such a delicious range of food and the Restaurant of a high quality with unusually designed yet traditionally based dishes. WE HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Thank you to Christos and all the staff who work together to give clients the best experience .

Locatie en uitzicht waren top. Personeel was echt super vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Ontbijt echt heerlijk!!!!

Όλα εξαιρετικά! Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο, το δωμάτιο καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Απολαύσαμε το πρωινό με την υπέροχη θέα και φυσικά τις βουτιές στην πισίνα.

Devíamos ter ficado mais dias
Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos, pequeno almoço de luxo, shuttle para o centro da cidade totalmente gratuito e a cada 30 min, piscina enorme. Ideal para famílias e casais.

Beautiful location and the shuttle bus made access to the old town so easy.

Cons:

The rooms could be updated slightly. There were a couple of extremely lovely staff members but majority had a rude tone and seemed totally put out by minor requests or basic requirements of their job. I’ve never really experienced this in Greece before.

The best place in Chania
Pros:

Our first two nights were spent in a room directly underneath The Hill, which meant we didn’t get a second of proper sleep. There was a party going on until 1 a.m., and by 6 a.m. restaurant staff were already moving chairs right above our heads. Needless to say, we were in a slightly hysterical state when we asked for help.

And I cannot emphasize this enough: the staff were absolutely fantastic. They immediately helped us move to a lovely and much quieter room, and from that moment on, our stay was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing.

We also rented a car through the hotel, and the amazing staff made my husband very happy by giving us an upgrade. Thank you again!!
Since this wasn’t our first stay here, I was especially happy to see some familiar faces among the staff as well. Sending them a big, warm hug. ❤️

The housekeeping team deserves a special mention as well. They were incredibly thorough, kind and always smiling — you simply can’t help but feel good here.

The restaurant is excellent, with a beautiful view. The breakfast is delicious, the à la carte menu is fantastic, and overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Despite the slightly chaotic start, the wonderful staff completely turned things around for us and made the rest of our stay fantastic.
We will absolutely be coming back again.

Cons:

The bed is very, very, very soft. I read in an earlier review that someone described it as feeling like sleeping in a crater. Well… my husband and I ended up sleeping on opposite edges of the bed, basically in a thin line, just so we wouldn’t roll into the “crater” in the middle. 😂

Parking: a truly authentic Greek adventure every evening, hunting for a parking spot. Somehow, though, we always managed to find a tiny little space somewhere! 😄

J'ai déjà séjourné au Royal Sun à plusieurs reprises. Tout est parfait. Des petites attentions, crèmes solaires, serviettes à disposition. Navette gratuite pour descendre à Chania. Superbe vue . Restaurant panoramique. Petit déjeuner très varié.

Rien. Peut-être le frigo un peu bruyant la nuit , si on cherche quelque chose
