Please note that the property offers free 2-way transfer from the center of Chania.

We provide a service between 7:30 am until 2:00 pm for the house keeping service (Changing of the towels, bedsheets, cleaning, etc. )
Bedsheets should be change every 3 days.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Royal Sun - June 2026
Pros:

Desire a chilled relaxing holiday with great food and culture, then this is the perfect location - the views are stunning, the staff are so friendly and customer focused. Sunsets are stunning.

The old town is beautiful with regular shuttle bus from the hotel. The hotel is on a steep hill, so taxi is required for early starts

Recommend Superior room with Seaview view.

Pros:

It was a lovely clean hotel, beautiful pool, the restaurant was fabulous with amazing views, the staff were extremely friendly.

Cons:

Only one item, a little more shade round the pool as the wooden pagoda was niot quite enough

Cons:

Lohnt sich, vor allem Preis Leistung und Ausblick!
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick und das Restaurant waren klasse! Außerdem ist der Pool wunderschön und groß. Toll mit dem Shuttle Service!

Cons:

Man merkt etwas, dass das Hotel teilweise ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, hier und da ein paar Renovierungen und es wäre noch perfekter.
