Property Description

Royal Sun hotel combines an unrivalled location on the top of Chania with Greek hospitality. Enjoy the panoramic view of Chania from the Superior rooms and the top floor restaurant and bar, only 7 minutes from Chania city center and 10 minutes from the International Airport.

Important information:

Please note that the property offers free 2-way transfer from the center of Chania.

We provide a service between 7:30 am until 2:00 pm for the house keeping service (Changing of the towels, bedsheets, cleaning, etc. )
Bedsheets should be change every 3 days. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

La situation géographique, la vue exceptionnelle depuis le restaurant avec un super petit déjeuner et un tres bon restaurant pour dîner

Cons:

Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour avoir une vue sur la piscine et la mer, et nous avons eu une chambre donnant sur une terrasse mais avec un muret devant, sans aucune vue ni luminosité. Le canapé lit d'appoint pour notre enfant etait complètement creux et inconfortable. La chambre était bruyante car adjacente à la réception et en face de la porte de service pour le ménage (accueil des arrivées tardives et reveil le matin); de plus, nos voisins de la chambre d'à côté étaient extrêmement bruyants (cri et pleurs d'un enfant tard le soir et à partir de 6h du matin)...dommage car l'hôtel est malgré tout super mais nous navons pas eu de chance avec la chambre... du coup nous sommes partis et avons changé d'hôtel car nous étions en vacances pour nous reposer...

Très accueillant, fabuleux et reposant.
Pros:

Vue incroyable du restaurant et donc de la salle du petit-déjeuner. Sur les hauteurs de la ville donc très calme. Un système de navette gratuite pour aller dîner en ville ce qui résout le problème de parking dans des centres bondés où il n'y a pratiquement pas de places.

Cons:

rien, tout était chaleureux et professionnel.

Локацията, гледката, чистотата, храната, обслужването, персонала.

Cons:

Размерът на стаята можеше да е малко по-голям и също така нямаше опция за късно освобождаване на стаята, а трябваше да се плати пълният размер на нощувката. Но тези забележки са незначителни спрямо положителните впечатления.

Royal Sun exceeded my expectations. I would stay again. My go to in chania.
Pros:

The location was cool. A fab hill top view of the city and a free minibus ride into town each day and night. Just perfect. Loved the poolside loungers. It was a bit cold in the pool because it was nearly November. Restaurant was good and breakfast choice fair. I slept well. Shower always hot. Towels clean and plentiful. Cats by the pool were friendly. Laundry room was excellent. The team at royal sun are the best. Really friendly and professional.

Cons:

Occasionally, Parking could be tricky on some days and evenings. Some bit of furniture we're getting a little tired. Some bits around the wall paper and switches didn't quite fit perfectly. People in adjoining rooms and above could be heard speaking (but not clearly) when our room was quiet - although that didn't bother us really cause we were using headphones or watching tv and it wasn't an issue at these times.

Pros:

Amazing staff, great shuttle service to the city centre and back. Very good breakfast with amazing views. The pool area was spacious. The room had a nice balcony with perfect views.

Cons:

You can hear everything from the corridor in your room, so the sound isolation was not the best.

Pros:

Nos dieron una habitación superior con vistas al mar y con una terraza grande, personal de recepción muy agradable y disponible. Nos gusto mucho que tenían servicio de lavandería todo el día y el buffet era completo. Para alquilar un coche es fácil ya que tienen bastante sitio en el parking. Muy recomendable.
