Important information:

Please note that the property offers free 2-way transfer from the center of Chania.

We provide a service between 7:30 am until 2:00 pm for the house keeping service (Changing of the towels, bedsheets, cleaning, etc. )
Bedsheets should be change every 3 days.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

My Holiday at Royal Sun Hotel Chania
Pros:

Stunning views from the Hotel located on a Hill. Watching the sunset. Clean rooms, rooms cleaned daily with beddings and towels changed daily. Courteous and very helpful reception staff willing to go over and above expectations to provide a service especially Nikolas and Eva.Free shuttle to and from town centre with very polite and experienced drivers. The amazing healthy stray cats. The owner was also helpful with insightful information to explore about the town

Cons:

Dinner and the hotel was not as great as in the town centre. My Octopus was cold and more like Appetiser however well presented. More investment is needed in this area so guests can dine in.

100% satisfied and loved it
Pros:

Location was perfect! Quick drive to old town and if you don’t want to drive yourself they do offer a shuttle service to take you there everyday. The breakfast was unbelievable. The chef was always cooking delicious food every morning with different items. View was gorgeous, rooms clean and pristine, staff were so nice and polite. So worth it I would highly highly recommend

Cons:

The only issue was the parking on the property in the evening. During the day its fine but in the evening a lot of people come to dine in the restaurant of the hotel and the limited parking is usually always taken however the staff were nice enough to let me give them the car key and they would move my car during the night if needed

Pros:

Super séjour au Royal Sun, la navette vers la chaina est un plus. Il est possible de réserver des exécutions avec l’hôtel. Le restaurant propose une belle carte, c’est très bon, les prix sont très raisonnables. Tout était parfait. Je recommande à 100%.

Der view ist echt mega. Auch das Essen im Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist zwar nur mittelmäßig aber dort dann a la carte zu essen ist wunderbar

Il y a une hôtesse d’acceuil qui sens-tu majoritairement occuper de nous pendant le séjour. Lorsqu’on lui parlait et que d’autres personnes arrivaient, elle coupait notre discussion pour parler avec les autres clients et cela plusieurs fois
