the property is located near by the beach.. we can get a clear sea view from the balcony. it was a nice experience to stay with them... staff were good and polite...

Very clean hotel and the nice stay. Location is also very good except for the fact the vehicle can not reach upto the hotel. One has to walk some distance to reach hotel.

The best place in Kovalam
Pros:

OK, so I lucked out and was given Room 1 on the second floor. It must be the best room in Kovalam. A huge balcony looking right over to the light house and beach a stone's throw away.
The location is perfect, the bed and linen fantastic and the owner, Sam, always a WhatsApp message away.
I've been travelling for seven months and in this price range it's as good as I've seen. When I walked in I asked if I could stay two extra nights before I had put my bags down.
Try and get a front balcony room but if you can't, the others have a side on view.
Absolutely recommend without any hesitation.
