Gemütlich, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, feines Frühstück und Nachtessen

Cons:

Zusätzliche Kosten von CHF 50 pro Person für Wellnessbereich! Ein No-go für ein 4-Sterne Hotel!
Unprofessionelles Personal an Rezeption und als Frühstücksbedienung.

Fantastische hotelervaring met supervriendelijke personeel.
Pros:

Het hotel wordt gerund door een fijne familie. We voelden ons heel welkom. We kregen een gratis update van de kamer. De kamers zijn gezellig ingericht. Het eten is ook heel verfijnd.

Cons:

Het ontbijt mag wat meer variëren.

Nice family hotel, wonderful hosts
Pros:

Hosts were very friendly. Restaurant has a high standard of fine dining ( pretty expensive) , and therfore missing a bit of choice for hotel guests that want a quick snack…and on Mondays the restaurant is closed which is ok but again a minimum of snacks should be available for the hotel guests.

Cons:

Hotel could you a bit of refurbishment, reception area with worn out furniture doesn’t look appealing. Terrace outside has magnificent views but given the high level restaurant it also doesn’t look appealing. The canopy could be renewed…

Hotel hätte einen Refresh nötig.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, schöne Terrasse. Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und aus meiner Sicht stimmt das Preis.- Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Zimmer zur Strassenseite ist sehr laut. Leider sind die Zimmer auch nicht klimatisiert.

Pros:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin. Diese sind aufgrund des grossen Strassenverkehrs - zumindest tagsüber - recht laut. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln. Die Ausstattung, der Gräuschpegel und die Sicht auf die Berge waren im Zimmer zum Tal hin sehr gut. Parken vor dem Haus ohne Problem. Das Abendessen war gut, wenn auch ziemlich teuer. Der Service an Rezeption war ausgesprochen herzlich und gut.

Cons:

Preis/Leistung im Restaurant passt nicht. Das Frühstück fand ich nicht gut, zumal nach einiger Zeit z.B. Brotsorten ausgegangen sind und es nur noch eine Sorte gab, Das Buffet war eher mager von der Auswahl her. Die Lage direkt an der Strasse ist doch recht laut.

la disponibilità dei proprietari ad accogliere una richiesta di aggiunta di un 3 letto ed upgrade della stanza.

Cons:

la cena non all’altezza dell’hotel. Fondue di formaggio venduta come locale ma insufficiente poiché gommosa e brodosa, non sciolta. Rechaud che non scaldava. lo abbiamo fatto presente senza successo. Colazione ottima ! Parcheggi gratuiti a dispo davanti all’hotel.
