The location is excellent. You will have a 6-minute walk to the bars and cafes that overlook the top surfing area of Echo Beach. Surrounding the hotel are several great places to eat, notably the Flow bar 100 yards away, which has a really cool vibe.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have family in Bali, and we shared some nasi bungkus (rice/rendang wrapped in banana leaves) with them on the final day and bought some extra for the staff. They could not be more helpful. Our room had a smell issue, which was dealt with immediately. They poured something down the drain whilst we were out during the day, but they had already told us they would move us to another room if we wanted. As it happens, that wasn't necessary.
Breakfast is adequate, but if it doesn't meet your expectations, there are several other places nearby to 'upgrade' if you so wish.

On a couple of occasions, some of the breakfast options weren't available, but it didn't really bother us. I can take apple juice instead of orange as a trade-off for being at such a lovely hotel.
The location was perfect. Not busy or noisy but close to everything and a short walk to the beach

Wifi hapert en douche is veelal koud.
I tried to contact property to cancel reservation or change date according to booking policy and get no response.

La localisation était idéale, à peine à 10 minutes à pied de la plage !
La chambre est récente et moderne, ce qui rend l'expérience des plus agréable.
Le ménage est fait tous les jours, à l'horaire qui vous convient.
Le choix des options pour le petit déjeuner est varié. Il est également possible de s'y restaurer pour le repas du midi.
La pièce de vie de la réception est cosy.
La qualité d’insonorisation laisse à désirer. Je n'ai pas apprécié entendre tous les appels de la chambre voisine.
La piscine est à l’ombre tout le temps, l'eau est par conséquent très froide, ce qui rend la baignade compliquée.
Le rooftop est beaucoup moins attrayant que celui sur la photo d'origine.

Merkeze uzak, çarşaflar ve nevresimler kirli, yüz havlusu vermiyorlar. Sadece banyo için havlu var ve çok kötü kokuyor. Klima çok sesli çalışıyor. Alınan hizmete göre fiyatı çok yüksek. Çalışanlar girişte güler yüzlüydü sonrasında hep ilgisizdi. Verilen paraya asla değmez.
