Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and public beach, with several lovely restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, and oven. We especially enjoyed cooking fresh local seafood from a shop down the street in the apartment and having amazing girls dinners together. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Cons:

Honestly, very little! The only small suggestion would be to provide a few more washing machine capsules. We were a group of four staying for several days and could have used a few extra. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Η εμπειρία μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν απογοητευτική και σίγουρα δεν θα το προτείναμε. Είχαμε κανονίσει τη διαμονή μας θεωρώντας πως μπορούμε να έχουμε μαζί μας το σκυλάκι μας, καθώς δεν υπήρχε καμία σαφής αναφορά ή περιορισμός σχετικά με κατοικίδια στην περιγραφή ή στους όρους κράτησης.

Δυστυχώς, κατά την άφιξή μας, ενημερωθήκαμε με απότομο τρόπο ότι τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται και μας ζητήθηκε να αποχωρήσουμε. Αυτό μας έφερε σε πολύ δύσκολη θέση, καθώς είχαμε ήδη ταξιδέψει και δεν υπήρχε εναλλακτική λύση άμεσα διαθέσιμη.

Θεωρούμε απαράδεκτο να μην υπάρχει ξεκάθαρη ενημέρωση για ένα τόσο σημαντικό θέμα, ειδικά όταν αφορά ταξιδιώτες με κατοικίδια. Η σωστή και διαφανής πληροφόρηση είναι βασικό στοιχείο επαγγελματισμού και σε αυτή την περίπτωση απουσίαζε πλήρως.

Ελπίζουμε να βελτιώσουν την επικοινωνία τους στο μέλλον, ώστε να μην βρεθούν άλλοι επισκέπτες στην ίδια δυσάρεστη θέση με εμάς.

Διαθέτει όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για την διαμονή. Μείναμε 1 βράδυ, στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν πολλά σαμπουάν, shower gel, conditioner, παντόφλες, σετ οδοντόκρεμα-οδοντόβουρτσα, ατομικές λιμα μπατονετες, απλώστρα, σίδερο-σιδερώστρα, και σφουγγαρίστρα που πολλά καταλύματα δεν διαθέτουν.
Είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.
