Super beliggenhet rett ved stranda. De ansatte var så vennlige og hjelpsomme. Anna som jobber i resepsjonen sto ekstra ut, hjalp oss med å booke safari og svarte godt på alle spørsmålene våre. Gleder oss til å komme tilbake

I had a lovely stay at Nungwi beach front!!

I had an amazing time at this facility

The hotel is located right in front of the beach

The hotel was also very clean and weell maintained
And thanks to Ismail the manager, who was caring and soo kind, he always made sure we had everything we needed and that we are comfortable

Hade en helt underbar vistelse på Beach front hotell, god frukost, trevlig personal och mycket säkert. Det var super nära stranden och det låg ett supermarket väldigt nära hotellet. Personalen var supertrevliga och hjälpe oss när vi hade problem med rummet eller behövde hjälp att ta ut pengar.

Cons:

Det ända som var påfrestande var att det ligger en moské precis bakom hotellet, vilket gjorde att man vaknade av bönutroppet. Men om man har lätt att sova och inte bli väckt lätt så är detta hotellet superbra.

Expérience scandaleuse et totalement inacceptable.

Dans la nuit, pendant notre sommeil, nous avons été victimes d’un vol directement dans notre chambre : téléphones, argent et effets personnels dérobés. Il s’agit d’une violation grave de la sécurité la plus élémentaire qu’un hôtel est censé garantir.

Mais le pire reste l’attitude du personnel. L’agent de sécurité n’a absolument pas pris au sérieux notre détresse, avec une attitude désinvolte et inappropriée. Le manager, arrivé seulement 2h plus tard, n’a pas été plus impliqué ni plus professionnel. Aucune empathie, aucune prise en charge digne de ce nom.

Aucune assistance concrète : pas d’aide, pas d’accompagnement, et surtout aucun appel à la police initié par l’établissement.
Fait encore plus inquiétant : un autre couple a été victime d’un vol dans les mêmes conditions, la même nuit. Il ne s’agit donc pas d’un incident isolé, mais d’un problème grave de sécurité au sein de l’établissement.

Nous avons malgré tout dû rester encore 2 nuits dans cet hôtel après les faits. Les repas ont été offerts et le transfert jusqu’à notre 2eme location, ce qui est le strict minimum au vu de la situation, mais cela ne compense en rien le traumatisme, le sentiment d’insécurité et l’absence totale de prise en charge.

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, notre demande auprès de Booking est restée sans réponse : service client injoignable, absence totale de prise en charge. Une double défaillance, à la fois de l’établissement et de la plateforme.

Entre insécurité, mépris du client et absence totale de responsabilité, cet endroit est à fuir absolument. Nous déconseillons formellement cet établissement.

I 100% recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect hotel in Zanzibar!

The hotel is 1 minute to the beach! It was very clean, and had everything! Ismail, Anna, Asmini, Tabitha - best hotel staff ever!!! The breakfast was really good. I really loved this place!
