The foreigner residing abroad must prove this condition by presenting the original passport, the Andean card, or the Mercosur card proving their migratory status; for this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the PT code (tourist permit) with a validity of 90 days, or with the type V visitor's visa.

The national will prove his status as a resident abroad, by presenting the documentation issued by the authorities of the country of residence (ID of the country of residence, aliens card, residence card or residence certificate), with the respective stamp of entry to the country stamped in the Colombian passport; therefore, it does not apply if the entry to the country is made through BIOMETRIC MIGRATION.

The exemption will apply in all cases to the purchase of a tourist package by a national or foreign resident abroad.

Pros:

Espacios muy cómodos, aseados y bien distribuidos. El desayuno espectacular, la atención del personal excepcional. Un excelente lugar para descansar y pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. Super bien ubicado el hotel, cerca a lugares de interés.

Pros:

Una excelente atención del personal, gran limpieza continua en todos los lugares, el.buffet es bastante variado y con buenas opciones de proteína lo que lo hace muy agradable para las personas que no comemos muchas harina, de verdad encantado y co ganas de conocer el hitel en las demás ciudades.

Un lindo regreso a Cali y que se repita

Me gusto la comodidad de la habitación, la amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron y la facilidad para solicitar los servicios que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía. Excelente experiencia y vamos a repetir sin duda

Quisimos disfrutar del baño turco en la zona húmeda, pero tenía mal olor, no funcionaba bien (o las instrucciones no son claras y no habia nadie para ayudar). Decidimos cambiar de plan
