Beautiful location.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly & helpful, especially the breakfast staff. The room was clean & comfortable. Fantastic location for the beach, shops & restaurants. Cans of water & a jug of milk in the fridge was nice.

Cons:

The tea bags/ coffee etc was not replenished as in most hotels, we had to ask & were told to go to a cupboard to help ourselves.
Also the bed was extremely soft as were the pillows, so not a good nights sleep.

A pleasant week. Didn’t realize no sea view meant NO VIEW at all and only one high window opened.
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable. Cooked breakfast was disappointing. Continental was very good and varied
Staff were brilliant. Helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the area

Cons:

Quality of bacon and black pudding.

Parking is very limited but not unusual in that respect. We stayed in September but I wan imagine peak season would be more of a challenge

The staff were delightful, helpful and could not have done more to make us feel welcomed
Pros:

lovely staff, they could not have done more, nothing was too much trouble. I was delighted to find a reserved blue badge parking space

Cons:

The room was too hot, and the aircon fan was noisy, outside the window.

Very nice but price point seems too high at £540 for two nights
Pros:

Good location and a very nice room with a king size bed

Cons:

The room was at the rear of the building not facing the seafront, the windows were obscured glass or immediately overlooking a wall passageway full of building materials so on this basis I considered it to be rather expensive

The mazing location and the wonderful staff made our stay at the beach uttelry superb.
Pros:

The welcome and helpfulness of the staff before and at my arrival has been amazing.
When we went to our room and the view and size of the room and terrace was above my expectations.
Just wonderful

Cons:

It’s hard to find a negative, minor repairs to the room and bed would have made me score it a 19 instead of 9

Pros:

Hotel je umístěný opravdu hned u pláže, těšila jsem se na krásný výhled, ale dostali jsme pokoj s oknem do zadní části budovy, to mě trochu zklamalo. Pokoj byl opravdu malý, ale postel byla velmi pohodlná a prostorná, v pokoji byl klid. Výhled jsme si užívali z terasy restaurace. Snídaně byla bohatá. Celkově hodnotím pobyt velmi kladně.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely brilliant, so attentive which made us feel very welcome. Views are amazing and location was perfect, withing walking distance of everything we needed especially shops and the beach. I cant remember the name of the ladt at reception when we arrived but she was absolutely incredible, so friendly and welcoming...And asset to your company!! Thanks for a great stay!
