Pros:

The staff were lovely on arrival which is always a good start. Location was perfect and room was lovely

Cons:

The room got very hot at night and only a fan to cool down. Definitely needs air con. Parking was tricky

Loved our room and the hotel staff were amazing. Couldn't fault the food in the elements restaurant for dinner and breakfast - it was fabulous and the location is second to none. Thank you!

This hotel is not luxury or boutique.

The Restaurant decor was lovely.

Cons:

Run down, basic hotel. First impressions shabby worn reception. Grubby room. Old fashioned key 🔑 to get into the room, was quite a faff! My room hadn't been vacuumed! Bits all over the heavily stained carpet! Tooth paste stains in bathroom and thick dust on the lampshade. Scuffed walls. Tiny room, very hot. The fan supplied was the volume of a vacuum cleaner, ironically. So difficult to sleep. Advertised as luxury, boutique accommodation?? Check in @ 4pm check out at 10am! Abd you have to pre book a time for breakfast. This is so far from luxury! Someone is delusional.

Lovely hotel, location and staff.
Pros:

Staff couldn't do enough for us , and they were genuine. Loved the room and Bude. Food and service was excellent.

Cons:

Parking a bit scarce around the hotel.Luckily we got a space.

Very enjoyable stay, great location, wonderful food and excellent service
Pros:

Location was excellent although parking at the property is limited. The staff were excellent and nothing too much trouble for them. The breakfast was as good as it gets and plenty of selection. Service exceptional by all the staff

Cons:

The weather was very hot hitting 33 degrees which made the bedrooms uncomfortable. Fans were provided but air conditioning would have been useful
