Pros:

Room was clean, neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly and the food in the tavern was great.

Cons:

The area. Room wasn’t sound proof and mine was facing the road / park. Lots of disturbance’s in the park and outside area. Carpark offered is just the carpark attached to pub. Having to leave early mornings and walking to car was not very safe. Was approached once. On a positive my car was still there each morning untouched.

AVOID. Crime/scumbag central

The place has no private parking, I witnessed two men going around checking vehicles to rob, crime and homeless all around. They agreed to refund me, then never did. Ignoring all contact.

Indoor perfect outdoor terrible
Pros:

The inside of apartment were beautiful newly renovated great facilities clean modern comfortable.

Cons:

No lift to go up just lots of stairs, no staff in mornings and access to car park around the block from street , bar area dangerous area staff member warned me . Which made me nervous also a $200 deposit was needed which I didn’t know about. It’s a small print when booking but I do think it should be communicated better when you read about this hotel before you book. It’s a pity such a shame that the hotel doesn’t have better security for their hotel visitors.

Pros:

From the photos we chose it because it looked beautiful and fresh and new. Can’t comment in person as we didn’t go inside. I am sure it is fantastic inside and I am sure the staff are great but we chose not to stay there because of the location and the lack of secure car park. We were in Sydney for a sports comp and it was close to the sporting venue - we just did not understand the area and the demographics of the immediate area.
