A great modern stay close to Kottayam and Pala
Pros:

The rooms were modern, the staff was kind, restaurant was good, location was good for what we needed

Cons:

Communication with the staff was good but sometimes confusing, room cleaning wasn’t clearly specified, the laundry service was not good (took long and laundry was mixed with other rooms)

Pros:

New hotel. It exceeded all expectations and truly matches a solid 3+ star standard by European standards. Excellent shower with hot water. Helpful and very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. A good restaurant for both lunch and dinner.

Cons:

The air conditioner was positioned directly next to the bed, blowing cold air straight onto it, which felt uncomfortable and unhealthy.

Pros:

The cleanliness, ambience. Except for the breakfast where we had to call the reception to get it done. No variety in the breakfast. Room service was ok from the restaurant. Cleaning staff were good
