My experience at the hotel was disappointing and raised concerns about professionalism and transparency. Although I had booked a two double beds room with a river view, I was informed upon arrival that an additional RMB 400 was required for a “full” river view upgrade. Due to exhaustion from a long day of travel, I proceeded with the payment via Alipay, only to later realize that the transfer was made to a personal account rather than through the hotel’s official payment system.

I also specifically requested not to be assigned a corner room, yet the room offered was located at the far end corner of the 25th floor, where the corridor felt isolated and unwelcoming. After I expressed my dissatisfaction during the room viewing, the staff promptly refunded the RMB 400 before we returned to the reception area.

In addition, the lift service was extremely inefficient. With only two elevators serving floors from basement level -3 up to level 26, waiting times were consistently long and inconvenient.

The room temperature can’t control as the air condition set is fixed in the hotel, very hot. We need to open the window at night.

there is only 1 lift and thus it is a long wait at times to go to the rooms.

Traffic noise can be heard especially in the early morning.

Sometimes long wait for elevator.
