The lobby was very clean and the staff were lovely and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and found the breakfast staff to be wonderful too. The pool area was enjoyable to sit in and eat breakfast in. I could walk 20/25 minutes to the convention center too which was very convenient.

Cons:

The room was outdated and the furniture/carpet tired with some stains on the sofa. I really disliked the fluorescent green art that they seemed to have placed in every room on our floor.

Pros:

The comfortable bed and the guest laundry room

Cons:

It was very first time visiting Florida for 1 paying to park at a hotel you are staying at is ridiculous and my first room 214 had roaches. My son and I seen four roaches in total after I had paid between $900-$910. My room shouldn’t has roaches.

Großes Zimmer, laute, aber funktionierende Air Condition, nette Atmosphäre insgesamt.
Pros:

Frühstück - wie in USA allgemein üblich - auf und mit Plastik-Einweggeschirr. Ansonsten typisch amerikanische Frühstücksauswahl - Cereals, Ei, Würstchen, leider nur gelegentlich Bacon, auch Obst und Yogurth. OK. Aber leider phasenweise überrannt von zuvielen Gästen auf zuwenig Raum. Eher eine Atmosphäre wie in einer Jugendherberge. Aber nett.

Cons:

Mir ist völlig schleierhaft, warum bei 34°C Außentemperatur der Pool auch noch geheizt werden muss. Keinerlei Abkühlung durch einen Sprung ins Becken - habe ich genau einmal gemacht und sofort bereut.

Dirty, it smelled, walls were ripped apart, ACs don't work properly.
Pros:

Property's fire pipes were broken and the entire 1st floor was flooded. Breakfast sitting area was not accessible. As for the room, we were given our room and in the middle of the night the AC stopped working. We were moved to another room and this room the toilet didn't flush. Finally we were moved to a room were it was passable however the AC was leaking so the carpet in the entire window area was soaked. By then we only had one night left so we decided it wasn't worth arguing about it anymore. Will not be staying there ever again.

Cons:

I understand that emergencies and things happen however, hotels are there for the customer's comfort. They should have closed, fixed the problem and reopen the hotel. Not make customers walk through 100s of fans, piled up chair, soaked carpet.
