O banheiro que no primeiro quarto era super pequeno e desconfortável, quando mudamos de quarto (apesar do box está sem porta, mas foi a melhor opção que tivemos para escolher o quarto), parecia que estava sujo e nessa terceira vez que fomos houve uma certa rispidez por parte de alguns funcionários, das últimas vezes foi tudo maravilhoso, mas dessa vez nem quiseram nem atender pelo ramal. Houve um conflito de informações logo no check in, pois foi acordado um valor e no momento queria outro valor superior e desde aí houve um certo desconforto com nossa presença em relação aos funcionários.
