Pros:

Espectacular! Es un hotel que en cualquier ciudad europea valdría 4 veces más.

Todo está cuidado al último detalle y el personal es tan atento, tan amable… y te ayudan en todo. Tuvimos un problema ajeno al hotel y gracias a ellos conseguimos solucionarlo.

Vale la pena pagar las habitaciones con bañera! La ubicación inmejorable!

יש אמבטיה בחדר שמהווה גימיק נחמד אך מיותר שתופס הרבה מקום במקום לשים עוד כסא ( היה רק כסא אחד בחדר לשניים).

Pros:

Location. View once insisted to get the right one. The staff is very available, friendly and helping

Cons:

1. Did not follow my request made at my booking because I checked in very late. But I had informed about late checking, too.
2. The place looks fancy, premium ; but the materials are all cheap and room layout not functional. Just pretending to be luxurious whereas it's like low grade hotel.
3. As a result, price is seriously too high and not worth it.

this hotel is beyond amazing. best service they are caring too much about details, they brought a nice cake for my wife birthday with best decoration of the room , it was a lovely stay , I recommend it.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was a convenient location. We also liked that it was very modern and clean. The staff was very helpful to answer all our questions. The housekeeper (Jasmine) was also great! Despite the language barrier, we felt that everyone was very accommodating.

Great stay, very instagrammable
Pros:

The hotel is located in an excellent location with clean and tidy rooms. My butler NianGao provided thoughtful and attentive service. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are the best. I highly recommend this hotel and I will totally come back here. Oh, and the oversized bath tub in the room is epic…I was on the 43rd floor

It’s crazy busy and the elevators are crowded all the time are they’re shared with other hotels in the building
