Beautiful hotel experience with a canal-view balcony, comfortable room, rich breakfast, and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Our room was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was a very pleasant surprise and made our stay even more special. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony overlooking the Venice canal, which created a beautiful and authentic atmosphere, especially during the morning and evening.

Breakfast was included and offered as an open buffet with a wide variety of options. There was plenty to choose from and we were satisfied with both the quality and selection.

The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They were always willing to help and made us feel comfortable from check-in to check-out.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

Гарне розположення,дуже класні дівчата на рецепції,заселили нас раніше,номер з видом на канал .

Pros:

駅から近くて とても便利でした。
水上バス乗り場にも近くて どこに行くのにも 安心でした。バスタブ付きのお部屋をリクエストしていましたので 快適で お部屋も綺麗でした。
朝食もテラスで頂き フルーツもあって満足でした。
また 利用したいです。

Pros:

Fomos muito bem recebidos e houve a ossibilidade de fazer o check-in mais cedo. recebem muito bem os animais, disponibilizando tudo gratuitamente! Excelente opção! Um dos quartos com vista magnífica sobre o canal.

Cons:

Decidimos jantar no restaurante do Hotel, e as opções pedidas não corresponderam ao que esperávamos.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Close to train station. On a grand Canal.

Cons:

Rooms were quirky. We were offered an upgrade which we accepted only to find that it featured an upstairs bedroom and a downstairs bath. The stairs to and from were steep and had no rails. We requested a room without stairs and were quickly moved to a decent sized room with one step down and one step up to reach the bath. Room was dark and faced a wall.

Pros:

La cercanía a todos lados, muy lindo hotel, super cuidado, cómodo y una experiencia increíble. Nos encantó desayunar frente al canal y tener todos los puntos cerca! Sobre todo la estación de tren y la plaza a unas cuadras para tomar el bus al aeropuerto

El jacuzzi que era peligroso meterse y salir de la bañera
