The hotel was in a great location! The breakfast was wonderful as were the staff. The beds were quite firm, otherwise the room was good. We highly recommend this hotel!

The location was absolutely incredible. Far enough from the train station to be away from any seedy elements, yet super close to all the landmarks of Florence. I’d definitely stay again when in Florence. Plus the rooftop bar has some spectacular views of the city at night. Very cool place!

Hotel di charme in uno storico edificio nel centro della città . Lo staff è molto cortese, disponibile e pronto a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza del cliente. La colazione è servita in una sala storica ed è abbondante, varia e molto curata (gentilissima la signora Vivian). Bellissima la terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su Firenze alla sommità di una torre antica.

We had family room for 4, 2 single beds for kids were very old and not comfortable.
Lovely historical hotel perfectly located near Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. Beautiful view from tower, worth the climb! Breakfast in a medieval hall! Amazing high ceilings. Staff friendly and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Its location is simply perfect—right in the heart of Florence’s historic center, only about a five-minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery and within easy walking distance of the many other famous landmarks.
One of the greatest pleasures of staying here is being able to step outside and immediately immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of Florence. Walking through the narrow medieval streets.
The hotel is an excellent base for exploring Florence on foot.
The breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste.
The hotel also offers convenient parking nearby for guests arriving by car. The parking service costs €35 per night.
If you want to experience the true spirit and beauty of Florence while enjoying the convenience of an outstanding central location, this hotel is a wonderful choice.
Our comfort room was in the annex part of the building. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, however getting to it was a little difficult especially with the suitcases as it wasn't near a lift.
There were no coffee machine facilities in the room and we had to plug the kettle in on the floor as there were no accessible plugs near the table.
The room overlooked the back of the hotel so no view to speak of.
The view from the tower at the top of the hotel was incredible and made the stay very worthwhile. We enjoyed several drinks in the evening listening to the sounds of the city.
The breakfasts were really good, plenty on offer and we ate in the banqueting hall.
Getting to the room was only accessible via two flights of stairs.

La chambre était belle spacieuse et climatisée, avec des peignoirs de chaussons et mention spéciale aux produits de beauté bio et sans matière cancérigène. Le bar sur la terrasse de la tour est incroyable. Les personnes qui travaillent dans cet hôtel sont très agréables. Le petit dej copieux, varié et de bonne qualité.
