Lovely hotel, second visit and will certainly be back again next year!
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting the Old Town. The staff were fantastic especially Jaime who really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble for him. Rooms are small but perfect with big bed, air conditioning, a safe and fridge which is re-stocked daily with water and soft drinks.

Pros:

Excellent little hotel, spotlessly clean. Great continental breakfast, fridge topped up with water and cans of soft drinks, pastrys and hot drinks available in communal area. Rooms where a good size and everything you needed.
Lovely pleasant staff. Easy place to access the old town.
Will definitely stop again 10/10 ***

Our room was excellent and super clean. The bed was deliciously comfortable. Jaime and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and hospitable. The continental breakfast was presented nicely and was tasty too!

Cons:

Crazy crowded streets and restaurants. Nothing to with the hotel.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great location right in the centre of Benidorm Old Town. Our room had an extra large double bed which was very comfortable. Staff were amazing - special thank you to Jaime and David for being so attentive and for all their assistance.

Great value for money in heart of old town
Pros:

Great location in the middle of old town. The hotel definitely deserves all the praise it gets. Although it’s a two star hotel it outshines a lot of expensive hotels we have stayed at. We requested extra blankets and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that they could make our stay as comfortable as possible and that our needs were met. Complimentary water and sodas in the mini fridge was a great and pleasant surprise!

The room layout was thoughtfully planned with a great sliding wardrobe, and lots of shelves that you could put stuff on. Breakfast was great value for money.
