Unbelieveable stay!
Pros:

One of our favourite places we have stayed during an extended backpacking trip! Incredible location right near the Zócalo and the view from the private terrace was unbeatable. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped and we appreciated the coffee kit that was left for us. Outstanding value for money.

Cons:

Even though we switched the water heater on outside we couldn’t get the shower to heat up, so made do with cold showers. We were only staying a couple of nights so didn’t bother reaching out to the host about it.

MAGICO LUGAR TODO FUE EXCELENTE, PERFECTO Y MUY BONITO, VOLVERIA A RENTAR ESTE MARAVILLOSO LUGAR PUES QUEDE MUY SATISFECHO. LO UNICO QUE ME PUSO TRISTE ES QUE NO PUDE QUEDARME MAS PUES CUANDO QUISE ALARGAR MI ESTADIA YA ESTABA RENTADO.

Pros:

The apartment was comfortable, good bed and very quiet at night. Victor is an excellent host. Welcomed me when I arrived and showed me how everything works.
I got sick and he connected me to an excellent doctor.
Very helpful, kind and he speaks excellent English.

Ubicación perfecta, entrada autónoma, anfitrión atento, limpio, con refrigerador, microondas, estufa y demás amenidades e incluso balcón.

Cons:

Lo único malo es que está en un 4to piso y no hay elevador, por lo que personas en sillas de ruedas no podrían hospedarse aquí.

Glorious views from a very comfortable apartment right in the center.
Pros:

Really lovely apartment in a great location. We had everything we needed to be very comfortable. Good kitchen set up and a large garafon of drinking water was provided. The water pressure in the shower was not great but there was plenty of hot water and the bath towels were the best we’ve ever experienced in Mexico. The view was beautiful, especially in the early morning!

Cons:

Sadly, you had to pay for the beautiful view by walking up 80 steps. We found it worth it but this is something to consider if you have any mobility issues.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la catedral. En general es una muy buena opción.

Cons:

Está en un cuarto piso y no hay elevador por lo tanto no es apto para personas mayores o con problemas para caminar.

Not the most luxurious place but suited me well…and YES I would most definitely come back
Pros:

Location was perfect in downtown area. Top of building so fantastic views. Fairly well-equipped kitchen so perfect for me to cook every night (I did buy them a new frying pan). Bed was old with a foam topper…but was one of the most comfortable beds that I’ve slept on. Hosts were very very attentive.
Some money spent on updating / refurbishment could mean more income.
Overall…the property was well worth the money.

Cons:

Lots of stairs to climb but the view was worth it.
Very basic property and would suit local tourists more than foreign tourists. Wasn’t perfectly clean but adequate. Boiler was out on the terrace and was a pain to keep relighting (several attempts per day) in order to get hot water.

Una estancia excelente
Pros:

La estancia fue muy buena en este departamento , cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Puebla , las camas son cómodas , no hay mucho ruido lo cual me parece muy bien , las cortinas no traspasan la luz lo cual es excelente también , si decides cocinar algo cuenta con todo lo necesario en la cocina , tiene microondas , refri , estufa , cafetera etc tal cual como se ve en las fotos , también se agradece q tiene un closet muy amplio con ganchos y plancha de ropa, secadora de cabello también , la terraza tiene una vista muy bonita sobre todo si te despiertas temprano , tiene muchas ventanas así q no es caluroso , en general la estancia me pareció muy buena y espero volver a hospedarme en este departamento cuando vaya a Puebla , la ubicación excelente también .

Cons:

Pues yo no tengo problema en que el departamento estuviera en un cuarto piso , pero solo para alguien q no pueda subir tantas escaleras si es algo q tiene q considerar .

Огромные прекрасные апартаменты в самом центре Пуэбла
Pros:

Апартаменты находятся в двух кварталах от центральной площади города.
Мы бронировали на четвертом этаже.
Апартаменты огромны!!!
Они снабжены всем необходимым для комфортного проживания.
Фотография в Букинге соответствует реальности.
Даже присутствует такая мелочь, как питьевая вода!
Из них есть выход на собственную террасу, которая возвышается над улицей.
Шум от машин с улицы практически не слышен и не мешает отдыхать.
Хочу выразить благодарность сеньору Виктору, за помощь!
Апартаменты рекомендую!!!

Spacious, comfortable, private and great location
Pros:

I spent two very happy weeks in this apartment. The view is fantastic, it has great privacy, it’s quiet and the location is great, just two blocks from the Zócalo. There are several restaurants nearby as well as small convenience stores. Although it’s not fancy, it’s very clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed and soft towels. It’s also very spacious - maybe 500 sq.ft.- plus a large private terrace. The kitchen had everything I needed for minor cooking. It should be noted it’s on the fourth floor but unless you have mobility issues, it shouldn’t be a problem. I’m 77 and it was fine for me. Victor was so helpful to answer any questions or concerns quickly. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Cons:

So minor - it lacked a dish towel in the kitchen and I was asked to keep the water heater on pilot and turn it up when hot water was needed. It took about 20 minutes to heat. Just required a little advance planning.
