5/5 – Absolute Lifesavers! Incredible Staff and Fantastic Service
Pros:

​Our recent trip to Auckland could have been an absolute disaster if it weren't for the incredible team at Quest.
​We had originally booked with another accommodation provider who completely failed us—they made a double-booking error and left our group (3 adults and 2 small children) stranded in the late afternoon to find our own solution. Frantic and stressed, we managed to make a last-minute online booking with Quest.
​The difference in service was night and day. Almost immediately after hitting 'book', the Quest staff contacted me directly to discuss our family dynamic and ensure the sleeping arrangements were perfectly set up for the kids. Their proactiveness instantly put our minds at ease.
​To make matters more complicated, we later had to extend our stay due to an unexpected family illness. Once again, the team was incredibly accommodating, empathetic, and flexible during a stressful time.
​The rooms were great, but it is truly the staff who make this place special. They were professional, caring, and went above and beyond to save our family holiday. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and there were definitely some positives. The apartment was very clean and tidy, check-in was easy, and the parking was straightforward, which made arriving hassle-free.

Cons:

However, we were disappointed that the pool isn't actually located within the apartment complex. It's down the road, which wasn't made clear when we booked. We specifically chose this accommodation for two reasons: the convenient parking and having a pool on site for our kids. Having to leave the complex to use the pool was frustrating and not what we expected.

The biggest downside was the road noise. It was incredibly loud, to the point where earplugs were already provided on the bedside table. While we appreciated the gesture, it also highlighted that the noise is a known issue. Unfortunately, even with the earplugs, the traffic noise significantly affected our stay and made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained apartment with easy parking, this property delivers. However, if having an on-site pool and a quiet place to stay are important to you, it's worth knowing these points before booking.

Convenient comfortable stay in the city next to motorway access
Pros:

Stayed with my daughter, needed to be able to get to both North Shore and South Auckland for visiting family. Very convenient location, straight to the motorway to access either direction. Convenient parking just behind the building (you need to prearrange and pay for this).

I read previous reviews, some comments about noise? I didn't really notice this except for one time, but if the air con is on there is a constant low level white noise and you don't notice what is outside.

Staff set up 2 single beds. Well equipped kitchen if you want to use it though we didn't. Service daily, dishwasher put on each day.

Pros:

This hotel was amazing. My mum and I were in Auckland to visit my Dad at the Auckland City Hospital for two days. Location was great for us. Neat and tidy. Very clean. Well equipped with everything we needed. Highly impressed. Lounge was excellent for watching tv and relaxing. Kitchen was great for cooking. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom shower pressure was so good. Romel at reception was polite and very helpful with all our enquiries. House keepers were very polite and helpful also.
