Mountain View is misleading you just get the mountain side so you don’t get a view of the mountain like you think you were

Other then the water it was good

Very relaxed stay
Pros:

The location is great. Love the breakfast offered

Cons:

Had to pay for parking, never had to do that before at this hotel, seems alittle greedy. Room smelled of natural gas had to get maintenance to shut off fireplace, very dangerous. Bathroom is really tight and small.

Pros:

Right in downtown Gatlinburg. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Facility was clean, but older. I have stayed here many times. It is great for the price. Will stay again. Do hate that they added parking fee.

Great hotel on the river, clean and walking distance to Main Street. Good breakfast choices.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location. Nice pool and hot tub and great selection for breakfast. Great to have a little balcony too. Room was clean and even had a fireplace. Easy walk into the Main Street and along the river where, if you're lucky you get to see bears.

Cons:

Hotel was very dated although new owners are trying to update it. Hotel carpark was an extra charge.
