Our regular hotel
Pros:

We love it there. We stay every time we go to the smokies. Convenient to the parkway and a straight shot into the park on river road.

Cons:

Parking is always tight but do able. Street parking is available right in front of the hotel. Oh and the bear visits in the river or in town are always a wonderful adventure.

A hidden gem in the smokies!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Everything was amazing and we felt so welcomed! The location is amazing especially for customers like myself that don't drive, everything is within walking distance. The room was very nice and the property was beautiful and clean. We loved sitting by the river and relaxing when we needed some down time. The free breakfast was really nice too! This was our second stay at the Edgewater and it will definitely be our go to booking in the future!

Cons:

I have absolutely nothing to complain about, our stay was amazing! Thank you Edgewater!

Price, people and location were good, but property is showing its age. Upgrades need to be done.

Cons:

Older property, small rooms, very small bathrooms, very short toilets (hard for people with bad knees), slow draining tub and sink, no free parking for guests, hard beds (in our opinion)

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean comfortable place and being close
Pros:

Location was very good, parking garage kinda tight. Rooms were extremely clean! Included breakfast nice touch! good eats! Very nice staff!

Cons:

Shower could have had better water pressure! Elevators kinda slow, seemed like long waiting period , once button was pushed for elevator to get to the floor we were at .
